The staff was very attentive and accommodating to my needs as a customer. Partners welcomed me in and greeted me with a smile. I’m an out of state ASM and they made me feel right at home. They offered me my beverage in a for here cup which I was delighted to take. And I forget this persons name but they had dark curly hair and glasses they touched on the five key moments and brought my beverage out to me. Wonderful hosting from this store.

I work directly across the street but intentionally drive across town just to avoid this Starbucks — and this morning was the perfect example of why.
These photos are from my coffee order today. Both drinks were supposed to be the exact same order. One came out so empty it barely filled half the cup. I handed it back and asked, “Should it look like this?” The barista took a second glance and admitted, “No, I’ll have her remake it.”
Then, instead of remaking it, she spoke to someone behind her and came back asking me, “What do you want her to add to it?”
At that point, I was done. Horrible coffee. Even worse customer service. If you’re in the area and want to spend $12 on coffee — skip the attitude and inconsistency. There is another Starbucks and Dunkin minutes away

I went in and asked for a peppermint white hot chocolate she asked if it was a mocha and I repeated myself and she said I said latte and I clearly did not. if she wasnt rude about what I said would have gave a better star review. maybe if you dont gaslight you’re customers and ask what they are ordering your day would go much better, she was clearly having a bad day

I went to pick up my mobile order and my coffee and cream was lukewarm warm. I told Jasmine and she kindly remade it and offered to steam my cream. It was really busy and she looked me in the eye and made sure I was satisfied! Give her a raise. Thanks, Jasmine!!

I’ve really been appreciating the service at this Starbucks for the past couple weeks. Having little motivational things written on the food and drinks make my day.
Additionally, today they basically read my mind when I ordered a doppio shot of espresso in a venti cup and already gave me some pretty ice with a nice cup so I could make what you see before you here. Keep it up Starbucks on 33, I really appreciate your vibes lately!

There was already a bite taken out of my food (slice of pumpkin loaf). It was also warmed up even though I asked them not to warm it. I tried to get assistance from Customer Service via the Starbucks website, they indicated that I would need to drive back to the store with a receipt. The store did not provide a receipt. Yuck.

Makes good coffee for it being 6 or 7 dollars a cup they never make it the way I ask for it’s like they cannot modify a drink for me i ask for a grande caramel macchito with a little milk please don’t fill the cup to the top with milk they always give me a shot of coffee with like a cup and a half of milk at this point it’s not coffee anymore it’s coffee flavored milk and for a person spending my money at Starbucks i should get it the way I ask for it not on whatever they think the drink supposed to be got me waking around with a big giant cup of milk that doesn’t even taste like coffee at this point

This location closes at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays. I stopped at 3:15 on my way home from work. There were 4 cars behind me. If you are going to close that early one day a week then at least put a CLOSED sign at the drive thru and at the window.
