Cal was amazing again today! I have had the chance to see him at more than one location and it’s been pleasant each time.

I’m not really sure why I frequent this location to be quite honest. They young adults who work at this location are always nice but most times you can never get the “featured drink” because they are out of some of the items, I once was told ” your drink was made upside-down, do you still want it?” Not really sure what that meant. I usually just end up ordering a basic coffee with Heavy cream and sugar free syrup because I know they typically have what’s needed to make that. I think I would rather drive a little further out to grab our beverages from here on out.

Starbucks provided quick service. Staff was not talkative but professional. Expectations were met. Definitely not superior service, store needed to be mopped in the dining area and the counter needed wiped down. The service was quick and expeditiously carried out.

This is the best Starbucks in the greater surrounding area. The people that work here truly care about making sure you have a great experience and they do their very best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. You will not wait in line for a long time at the Starbucks like you might at others. The drive-thru is always running so smoothly, and the drinks are always made perfectly, and when you come in, you truly feel welcomed by every single employee. They relieve you go out of their way to be genuine and connect with every customer. I will drive past other starbucks locations to go to this one. The consistency of the food service and atmosphere all being five stars every time is what keeps me coming back again and again sometimes two times a day!

When I order a short 8 oz double cappuccino, I expect a short double cappuccino. If it comes out as a grande latte, that’s not the same drink. If you can’t tell the difference between the two, you probably shouldn’t be making coffee. Milking it makes it not drinkable wasting my $5 I will stop buying

The cashier was so nice but with everything being expensive and having to pray extra for every little thing. I asked for mocha drizzle on both me and my daughter’s drinks and it wasn’t a drizzle it was little a squirt on top of our whip cream i uploaded pics. I never even seen them do this before. And i also paid for them to line the up with mocha sauce….they just squirted the mocha at the bottle of the cup! I was so lost!
