Save your time and money and go to another location, slow slow slow order online coffee sat for 20 min and with drive thru only couldn’t even go in to pick up my coffee.
You would think this line would be moving more quickly. Terrible make it so individuals can pick up there coffee not sit in drive thru.

Excellent Coffee (Despite the Wait)
This Starbucks drive-thru-only location is a solid choice for your caffeine fix, earning a high 4 out of 5 stars from me.
The overall experience is positive, driven by a friendly staff. Even when busy, the baristas at the window are attentive and quick with a smile, making the interaction pleasant. The coffee, as expected, was perfectly made and tasted great!
The only reason for the slight deduction is the line and the wait time. It’s a popular spot, so the long line isn’t surprising. However, I did notice the preparation seemed a bit staggered, as one of my two drinks took a bit longer than expected to be handed out.
That said, the quality of the drink and the staff definitely make this location worth visiting!

always order here.. disappointing when i order ahead & pay extra for cold foam and they very clearly just put whipped cream on my coffee. while taste is similar the ethics of it isnt! we pay extra to have the difference and they were sly today 🙁 and for the second time within a month now, I have paid extra for cold foam and they completely ignore it when it is a mobile order and it is paid for!

I usually love this spot — the staff is awesome , the vibe is great … except for one person who just seems determined to make it weird . The she/they/he/it/lizard with tie-dye hair and funky glasses has a habit of making rude comments anytime you order something that isn’t “as black as its soul” . It’s not edgy, it’s just awkward .
On more than one occasion , I’ve seen them literally throwing things and having temper tantrums behind the counter, which is not exactly the kind of “quirky atmosphere” I’m looking for with my coffee ☕ . Everyone else here is kind and welcoming , but this one employee consistently drags down the whole experience .

Loved my drink.. but Lenora. Someone get HR in there and give her a lesson. At the window she was distasteful, and rude. My drink was fine, tasted splendid. But No offense, she sucked. Update August 2024: drive through only. Doesn’t make sense any more to mobile order in advance for this location- as you’ll have to wait for drive through anyway.
Worlds tiniest Starbucks? You can walk in to pick up mobile orders, but there is no indoor seating (even when no COVID precautions). They are well set up for drive-thru. My mobile pick up was smooth.

So blown away by how I was treated at Starbucks today by the worker, Lenora. She was extremely disrespectful at the speaker and at the window. She really needs an attitude check. I will NEVER come back to this Starbucks due to this nasty attitude she has. Unacceptable.
