It took them more than 12 minutes to get a coffee and a chai. I know that there are specific hours of the day that places are busy, but it was not the case this day. Friday, 3.30pm. At least I don’t think you can say it’s busy.
Cashier didn’t give me the opportunity to add my rewards. Just simply closed my order and said I could claim by creating a communication in customer channels.
Also, they totally prioritize driving thru customers over balcony customers. I stopped and parked because I saw a huge line and thought they would best divide their attending staff between two different audiences. They didn’t. All stuff was fully dedicated to driving thru customers.
Will never get back even though the place looks great for working or just chilling until traffic is over. Would not recommend.

I live by this Starbucks and have purchased the same drink for several years, however, recently it’s tasted watered down and consistently disappointing. I’m not sure if this location is using less of certain products to save money, but I’m not having the same issue with other locations. I won’t be going to this location as much moving forward.

It’s a Starbucks. Open and airy. The food is processed and there is better fastfood breakfasts out there. I’m not a coffee drinker but they do always have a non caffeine drink available.

Lindsey crushes it every single day here at this location I treat myself a few times a week to Starbucks (because let’s face it, its extremely overpriced coffee but I enjoy it so yes, it’s a treat and any haters can go on) and she always remembers my name for some reason even though I’m sure that she deals with hundreds of customers each day. She also knows that if I have time while picking up my app order, that I will ask for a water to go. You can not request this within the app (Starbucks get with it) order but this beautiful soul has left cups of water with my orders when she is on shift without my request. It’s the little things sometimes that can brighten the start of your day.
To Starbucks Corp. nobody cares at all about written messages on cups! Stop torturing your busy baristas and making them personalize each one with a sharpie!
