Hectic inside of Target. Not enough employees. Cannot order ahead on app. Waited in line for 10 minutes and only 2 orders taken by employees. Still 6 additional people infront of me in line. Ended up leaving.

Waited in line for a coffee that has been ordered and a muffin and croissant now I’ve been in line for 15 minutes and the service here sucks they can’t even tell me when my orders going to be ready when you’re trying to go to work and have to wait and you pre-order something it should be ready when you get there but not at the Starbucks every time I’m here I have to wait the staff sucks and there’s been at least 30 people in and out before I even get my stuff I still don’t have my stuff and it’s taking me another 5 minutes to write this and word it correctly I will never come here again nor will I spend any money at any Starbucks they are corporation that don’t care so if you’re in a hurry make sure you go to Starbucks and make sure you’re going to be late to work this place sucks

I ordered via mobile order and waited almost 40 minutes, while people that ordered at the counter continued to get their order before me. Since I had to wait so long, they had already sold out of the danish I had ordered. There was no apology when I finally got my order. The 54 location and target are much better. I understand it’s the holiday season and it’s busy, but it takes no effort to be kind.

I hate to be that person to write a bad review but I was very disappointed. There was only one employee working while one was on break and the line was to the registers. Waited in line for 25 minutes just to receive a mediocre drink. The workers are always so slow and don’t seem to care about the customers.

My family and I just left a volleyball game and we wanted to celebrate with getting some starbucks, We got to the this store at 8:20pm and the cashier told us the espresso machine was broken, which someone call her off ans tell us she was lying, she has already turn the over off so we were unable to get any sandwich, or anything warm. She won’t even sale to us nothing blended because she had already wash everything. What’s the point on having the time to be close at 9pm when your employees refuse to do anything for the costumers. And let’s not forget how disrespectful she was. BTW today is August 31 hopefully management reads this and does something about it.

Told us that the order would qualify for the holiday cup which is specifically why we ordered in the first place, them told us at the end that it didn’t once the drink was made and paid for. Never apologized or even tried to make it right. Was rude and could care less that she had lied.
