I went to this Starbucks and ordered an ice brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with LIGHT ICE , but what I got was a cup completely full of ice — the drink was gone in just two or three sips. I was really excited when this store opened because it’s so close to my house, but what a disappointment. This has happened to me twice already. The first time I asked them to please fix it, they just removed some ice and added more milk. I had to go home and add more coffee myself because it was so watered down.

I’ve been here more than four times, simply because it’s close to my workplace. Each time I ordered the same drink recipe, but the results were different each time. And I don’t know why but on five different occasions when I went there, I think they recognized me as Asian and didn’t greet me (while the people who came before and after me were greeted). This is very disrespectful and feel very racist.

Very disappointing experience. The staff showed signs of racial discrimination and treated customers differently. I was not greeted at all and was being ignored while trying to order my drink. Other customers, which is not Asian, came inside the store after me were all being greeted. This has happened several time in the past. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. For a brand like Starbucks, this is unacceptable. Management should seriously address this issue and retrain staff.

I live in Clarksville Tennessee n on Tiny Town Rd there is my usual spot I changed up today n went to Oak Grove KY I live like 10 minutes away. Now it’s a tie on which one I like. The staff at both are always friendly n helpful. My favorite drink there was the oakmilk pecan crunch latte cold and it’s just a seasonal drink I got hooked on them I need to take another one off and put that one on permanently. So now my drink is a iced sugar cookie latte the blonde espresso and six pumps of syrup the best drink ever!!!!

Nothing like having paper in Your Coffee Cup after ordering sugar & drinking it a few sips to see the brown paper turned me off cus that means whoever made it their hands was inside my drink germs from the paper I had to trash it
