Paid about $6 for a coffee before work that was made wrong. Went back to the window politely and got more attitude than help — was told what I should do “next time” instead of just a simple fix. The location always feels miserable. Anytime I go to this location I don’t get a thank you or a smile or anything just attitude. Just a reminder to management that customers are paying real money that they worked hard for. Would you want to be treated like this where you spend your money? I’ll being going to the Scottsville rd location where the workers are always treating you kindly and don’t seem like they’re in prison.

Went early morning, would not recommend. I simply walked in, ordered, sat down, and was reading a book. Overheard one of the workers complaining about their job and how he wouldn’t show up somewhere when they open and kept complaining about his job. I immediately got up and left. That attitude alone I knew I was not welcome, did not drink the drink for fear they may have tampered with it out of spite. Will not be back. Apparently working a shift you signed up for is too much for this particular worker and it just ruined the whole experience.

Although my order yesterday was not correct, it was still a tasty drink and it was a first oops in this location. The staff is very sweet and you could see they know their craft. They complete your order in a great timely manner and I love their variety in coffee mugs to purchase. I bought these color changing cups(10 pk) and this gorgeous gold mermaid coffee mug.

The workers are phenomenal! With that being said, the place is extremely hot. I’m a daily customer and this has been a problem for over 2 weeks. The poor baristas are killing themselves working in that heat. There is never enough employees to take care of all the customers. Even with horrendous working conditions Maddy and Summer always have a smile and treat me like I am their only customer. Starbucks should have enough money to fix the ac, as much as they charge for drinks.

Today’s visit was pitiful. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars in front of us. Once we pulled up and paid sat another 5 and then the girl asked us to pay again, then apologized because she had a rude customer before us. Our drinks were ready the whole time .. I wanted to say, “dont take over 25 minutes for a coffee”… but we just got our drinks and left.
Maybe some better training or more competent employees. Never have I waited that long, even when the line was wrapped around the building, and we saw at least 3 workers, so Idk what the issue was.

Very fast and friendly! I enjoy lounging at this location as it is very welcoming and the staff are great.
I only had 1 incident at this location and it is when I pulled in 15 mins prior to closing and they gave me the a terrible cup of coffee that was 3/4 of the way full. Outside of that never had an issue at this location.
