On Monday, August 18 around 3:30 PM, I had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers (glasses, long black hair). She was disrespectful and had a rude attitude. When we asked if there were any non-caffeinated drinks, she acted frustrated and responded in a harsh tone. Every time we ordered something, her attitude got meaner and meaner, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. As students/customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy, but this felt the opposite.

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for 3 years, and it has always been great! The staff are so nice and always make really good drinks. The pastries here are fresh and delicious, and even if they don’t have what I want they know their menu like the back of their hand and can suggest something else quickly. I enjoy coming here often! Always a good Starbucks. Have had all of one bad drink in probably a hundred visits, and they were absolute sweethearts about fixing it for me. Highly recommend, the people and the drinks here are great.
