This morning I had excellent service! I was worried to order 8 drinks, but Savanah, Kelly, Mikail, and Justin for them out to me like it was nothing! For a rainy Monday morning, they were so cheerful! I absolutely love this location because of these baristas!!!

I did a Mobile order, picked up my food and drink, was driving to work for 12 hour shift and saw they put wrong pocket sandwich in my bag. Order on app is correct, and so it is on the bag, but the wrong item was put in there.
I had no time to go back to exchange and the app doesn’t offer any kind of refund only says to call the store. Which I did, the dude who answered was rude took my name and hung up on me, then when I call back they hang up on me.

I’ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times, and I’m typically not one to complain but I order the same drink at any other location and it’s wonderful! This location is terrible!! I ordered a Caramel ribbon Crunch and it has been a large cup of milk with ice and caramel drizzle blended. Every time I call, they don’t answer the phone and my order has gone unfixed. I’m very busy and don’t have time to wait 30 minutes for them to fix the order because they take a long time completing orders correctly when there’s more than 2 people in line.

Really slow and busy Starbucks. They couldn’t fulfill orders in a timely manner. I had to leave before ordering because the line hadn’t moved in 10 minutes. Over 10 people waiting for their drinks.

THEY DID THEIR THING WITH MY DRINK!!! I asked for extra caramel and decaf at every other Starbucks even when you ask for extra they only give you a little bit of caramel not this one my drink looks and tasted so good and they were super nice I will be coming to this one more often
