I love my local Starbucks! The baristas make the place for me… so welcoming and helpful and want to know their customers. The atmosphere is cheerful and of course…. the handcrafted drinks are amazing. Thanks guys for giving us a great place to drink coffee and work or visit with friends!

A employee called the police on
me accusing me of smoking heroin on their patio.That person should be fired.i was searched and arrested but then they let me go. Because they had to. I had police cars from everywhere.people can be the worst.

Friendly staff who are inconsistent on following new CDC Covid prevention measures. 3 of 6 staff i saw were wearing masks.

The front of the house was weirdly packed with boxes from a truck delivery that looked like they weren’t going anywhere soon.

This location used to have comfortable seating, nicely arranged. It also once had a big display area for mugs and travel bottles, and was a nice place to meet for a conversation. It seems the inside service café has been neglected recently in favor of drive through. I’m sure that’s the more profitable end of the shop, but I do miss having a nice inside seating area. The nice sales display shelves have been replaced with a very industrial looking steel rolling shelf, which doesn’t seem to match the SB brand styling. The shelf and the tables inside badly needed a wipedown.

The food literally took so long and I went to use the restroom while I was in the store they were both ginger neutral restrooms, both had pee all over the toilet seats and was absolutely disgusting. I don’t want to share a restroom with men peeing all over the toilet seats. How gross. I will go to a local place from now on and I’ll be buying a breville.

I don’t leave Google reviews very often so gear up. But I feel like this Starbucks deserves it. And I know people are always like “support local places, Starbucks is bad, large-scale capitalism, blah whatever” I mean, if you realistically ever had Starbucks though because it’s fine to support local, but I’m also going to partake. I’ll choose my battles, y’all.

These barista buddies replaced my drink after I dropped it in my driveway, I was carrying 3 drinks in one of those drink carriers that are internationally known for being made with the structural integrity of wet paper. You know what I’m talking about. Anyways, they made me a new one. Free of charge. Honestly, that’s not customer service, that’s emergency response action.
EVERY single one of the drive-thru staff is so nice I’m convinced they’ve been trained by actual angels from Heaven.

I usually do a mobile order since I don’t like a lot of human interaction because I’m socially awkward, but on the days that I use my actual mouth at the speaker box and attempt to say what I think I want but realistically have no idea what I’m saying, they somehow manage to make it, and make it good.

These magical people are extremely kind humans PLUS they get up very early and still manage to be that pleasant. 10/10. 5 stars. Olympic Gold. Whatever.

Decent little place. Unfortunately staff seem to be forgetful…couldn’t remember to make a simple drink like tea. And then to only have oat’milk’ out? But the tea was good and strong.

Disappointed this morning. The matcha latte was very chalky tasting first drink had to dump it out. Went through the drive thru and was crunched for time or I would have taken it back in. Wasted $6
