The morning drive-thru team members of the Versailles, Kentucky Starbucks deserve a letter of commendation. They always prepared my cappuccino to perfection, and even beyond that, their friendly service routinely enhanced my Starbucks experience. A nice woman once asked through the drive-thru window, “Do you have fun plans for today?” I told her, “This is it. Starbucks is the highlight of my day.” As a family Alzheimer’s caregiver, the rest of my day in Versailles pretty much involved dentures and toenails. I always looked forward to leaving Mom with her morning caregiver for a much needed coffee break. After serving one sippy cup after another to my mom, I always appreciated the few minutes a day when the Starbucks employees would serve coffee to me. They always remembered that I preferred a straw with my coffee, and if a new employee didn’t know that, another employee would tell them. My mom and I have now moved from her Kentucky home to my Ohio home. While I do have four or five Starbucks near my current house, it’s not the same as my hometown Starbucks in Versailles. Thank you for making my mornings special.

Not really smiley staff, no choc covered expresso beans but expresso orchatta was better and amazing cold once barista realized I didn’t want it hot when it was 88 out and remade it!!

Amazing staff always willing to help. I’m a bit of a air head and like trying stuff and they always help me out when I don’t like what I ordered getting me something different. My favorite thing to do at Starbucks is ask the barista what there favorite things is and order that. Today I have found in my personal opinion is the best drink here. I’m posting a photo of my order I highly recommend you try it

Raya, Kenya, and Amy were absolutely amazing this evening. They went above and beyond to help my kids out. We had been traveling for hours. When you have 6 kids, you’re not always met with great customer service. They were incredibly nice and kind and understanding. Huge shout out to them & their patience. I loved them so much, I came back out of my way to stop here on my way back home. Thank you all!

The Barista’s here don’t pay attention to detail. I have never had my order correct in the 3 times that I have gone there. This is supposed to be a Dragon Drink. I received a cup of coconut milk. Don’t waste your time.
