My goodness, the Starbucks was busy!! Me being me, I ordered a drip coffee with whole milk, you could just tell an easy order was not going to be unappreciated.
Spent over an hour here today, working. During my visit I overheard who I assume is the manager giving the entire team praised for their focus efforts and great execution during such a busy time. TBH – I love to see that.

Too cold
This isn’t the first Starbucks that I have been to and a very cold and uncomfortable environment. The people and service are good. However, Starbucks must not want to provide a welcoming and warm place for their customers to stay and enjoy. In and out with your money. I did request that they turn off the AC (45 degrees outside) and they were helpful but said they attempt to change and it just goes back to set temperature, dictated by corporate. Barista even mentioned that they are cold too. To Starbucks corporate: do better and take better care of your employees AND customers.

I am a regular Starbucks drinker and everything I’ve bought here has been served exactly as I’ve ordered it. However, I have to dock a few points for service and atmosphere. For one, it’s ALWAYS crowded. Not that it’s their fault, but there is almost never anywhere for me and my kids to sit. The one big table is almost always already accompanied. Again, not their fault. But I’m also not impressed by the staff’s attitude. They’re not friendly, don’t make conversation, and even when I ask how their day is going, they seem quiet or burnt out. I can’t be too harsh with this review, however there are several improvements that can be made, most of which are the staff. Regardless, they always have a wide variety of cups and coffee bags, and their drinks are accurately created.

Manager was awesome! Very friendly and kind. She went the extra mile for each customer. I know her name started with Am but cannot remember her full name. It’s genuinely rare to see good managers and hope she stays. The workers were also friendly. This location can get busy but does have a drive thru option.

Went here this morning got a iced mocha with six shots of espresso it was so sweet I couldn’t even drink it of course I was on my way to work so I didn’t have time I think this is the fourth time my coffee was wrong either too sweet or not enough syrup sometimes I don’t always get all my expresso I usually order anywhere from six to eight shots of espresso in my iced white mocha I’ve told myself over and over again because of all the times my coffees been wrong that I won’t go back there but seeing how they’re open at 4:00 in the morning and I say well maybe I’ll try one more time that’s it I’m going to buy myself an espresso machine I think I can make my own coffee and I’ll be just fine thank you Starbucks for finally making me realize I just needed espresso machine and I don’t have to hope or pray that my coffee is correct

Off the 75 interstate, exit 126 in Georgetown. Drive thru was busy on this Sunday afternoon beginning the week of 4th of July. Parking not laid out the best as cars from drive thru were backed up in the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out. Not the largest Starbucks, but they did have a nice seating area. Service was good and the seating area was actually clean and being cleaned. Restrooms were clean.
