I was in the area, washing my car and I wanted to get a cool, refreshing drink. I use my Starbucks app to do a mobile order while I was cleaning out my car. The mobile order was timely and I got updates from the app as my drink was done. It worked out very nicely. I finished cleaning my car and then went over to Starbucks. My drink was ready and waiting for me and staff was friendly and kind and it was a perfect day to sit outside and just taking in some sunshine. The drink was lovely. I really appreciated the efficiency and the space.

This location was one of my favorites. However it seems that recently new people have been hired on. It is so obvious they do not care. After my trip today, I had to go back a second time as my drink was wrong. First time around I was handed drinks that were spilling out the sides and got all over me. So careless. Next time around drink was missing light caramel drizzle, well the barista must’ve thought she was funny when she took my drink back, and completely loaded it with 3-inches of caramel sauce. I thought she was kidding. What in the world. I am so disappointed!

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this location this morning was really disappointing. I ordered my usual coffee and it tasted completely off — no cinnamon, barely any sweetness, and the texture was weird. My boyfriend got the spinach feta wrap and it was cold in the middle, like it wasn’t even heated all the way. He ended up throwing it away.
I called to let them know and the person I spoke to said I could come in for a refund, but honestly, his attitude made the situation worse. He sounded like he didn’t care at all. I wasn’t rude or aggressive, just calmly explained what went wrong, and was met with a dry response. For how much Starbucks charges, I expect better quality and at least a little professionalism…
Really disappointed. Hoping management takes this seriously.

My wife took my son to get hot chocolate and the waitress by the drive thru were not friendly my wife said hello and they say like mad. What do you want. Then hot chocolate and mas. The chocolate came only1/2 and not hot. Why a ” premium” place with unhappy employees.

Now I’m not usually one to complain about anything. But this is the second time I’ve gotten a drink from this specific Starbucks and it’s been half full. I thought it felt light but I was just imagining it… until I got home and popped the top and it was this… on top of it all it was SUPER bitter. Like inedible. For a white chocolate mocha… i don’t know if they just didn’t finish making it before giving it to me or what but it was a waste of money and time.

I never come out to this area, but I went to this location before work and had to leave a good review. Placed a mobile order and saw literally like 10 people come in and my drink was still ready to go super fast which was impressive. Second time stopping by and the coffee was made right too!! 🙂
