I don’t ever write reviews in general, especially not bad ones, but this made me so upset. First of all, the service was not good. They took 20 minutes to make a drink and a sandwich while I was already in a rush. THEN the lady making my drink proceeded to make fun of my order and take out her phone to take multiple pictures of my order. including my drink and name. mind you, she’s doing all this while i’m standing at the counter watching, so i’d hate to know what’s going on when no one’s around. I understand my order is a little extreme, but it shouldn’t matter what i’m ordering. You have a job to complete and that is the sole reason you are there. Not you bully the people who are paying for your service. So incredibly unprofessional and truly disgusting. No one should EVER feel bullied and made fun of for buying something. I am so incredibly upset by this considering this is the first time i’ve ever gone to this starbucks, and i was going to treat myself since i’ve had a hard time lately. Safe to say i wont be going back. I truly hope she sees this and gets held accountable for what she did because i would hate for anyone else to ever feel the way i did.

All the people here are sweet but someone who really stands out is dana. She’s incredibly sweet and greets me with a smile while asking me how i’ve been every time i walk in. They also manage to make my complicated drinks right.

This is a beautiful location. We came in only half an hour before closing time but Albany still served us with exceptional friendliness. The drinks tasted wonderful as well, of course.

It seams slightly shallow to give a one star just for the bathroom when the rest of the Starbucks was great but the bathroom was filthy and stank. I would rather go to gas station bathroom than go into this one.

First time visiting this location, but I’ll definitely be back! I got a new frozen drink today that has pineapple, passionfruit and lemonade in it. It was delicious! Our barista was great too!

One of the nicer Starbucks around the northeast End of Louisville. Plenty of room inside and lots of seating. They also don’t have an outdoor patio as well. The only things I can think that are a downside is no drive-thru and the line tends to be long at peak times of day.

There is nothing unique about this location compared to the 40 others in the area. The spinach and feta wrap is good. It they microwave them too long.
