The only way to use This location is if you go through the Drive-thru. I did a mobile order with Three items showed up at the pick up time in the drive-through what line was wrapped. Of course, instead of going in order, they choose to knock out all the drive-through orders first when I asked when mine would be ready. They want to get an attitude and be like it’s next And I’m just thinking I’m just asking because it’s Way after the pick up time that was given to me on the app. Save yourself some time and find a better location to go to because this one just isn’t it

The Starbucks at Holiday Manor in St. Matthews has some of the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered in a drive-thru. The service felt rushed and unfriendly, and it’s clear they could really benefit from more customer service training.

The brightest spot of my day is when I walk into Starbucks and they say my name and say have a good day. I look forward to it. They are always gracious, warm and welcoming and I love my chai tea. All of the employees at this location are excellent at their jobs. It’s a happy place to stop in the morning to start your day.

This store is my favorite. The baristas know my order better than I do. They are the fastest location I go to and I know that even if the line is around the building they still will have us in and out in little time. I mentioned a rough experience at another location and the baristas were so nice about it. The girl said “I know everyone has bad days, but I’m so sorry someone else’s bad day effected you. Please have your drink on me today and I’ll let them know about your experience.” They made my day and got a new regular customer in the process.

They are generally pretty quick but they get busy at times and have plenty of difficult customers come through, so have patience and grace. The workers have never been rude or unpleasant with me. The drinks are almost always perfect and worth the wait.
