When I cam here, It was the first Wednesday of the year-
Ms Vanessa Greeted me and gave me the warmest hugg w/o a Hug!
She was nice attentive and could tell I was just trying to WOOSAH!
So we chatted and we became ol friends-
So today, the first Wednesday in Feb, she was here, and remembered me. But this time I was introduced to the Dist Manager… Nice man, Blonde, Pretty smile. They even gave me their spot to sit but heres my point- YES its Starbucks, and its MY favorite.
But cus they made me feel welcome, and glad to have me(job or nah) still felt appreciated.

Very poor experience. Its my second time having to deal with a rude woman who is always mean looking at everybody and wont even tell you how much you owe her at the register. She is extremely rude. Also i had to wait 30 MINUTES for only 2 frappes, AND WITH NO RUSH!! Extremely slow.

Quite upset I grabbed coffee from this location this morning. I ordered a pumpkin loaf and a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew. They handed me my pumpkin loaf at 8AM & I did not get my coffee until 8:26AM! That’s ridiculous. Not to mention, the drink was made poorly & I didn’t enjoy it.
I can’t justify at 26min wait time for the drink – considering I requested no vanilla cream.

We ordered drinks at 5:51pm through the drive though. My drink is a pink drink. Nothing extra added. My son got the same drink. He’s is pictured below.
We noticed they was SUPER watery. So we went to the front door and knocked. We went to the front door at 5:58pm. They close at 6:00pm. As the sign says. The lady locked the door while I knocked and said “NO.” I knocked for minutes after nothing. Walked to the drive through window nothing. Then a lady treated to the cops. For what? Messing up our drinks and not fixing them.
MANY PEOPLE LOKKED AT US AND DIDN’T HELP.
I then walked back to the door and knocked again. No cops showed up. We stood outside until 6:30pm! Until we said forget it and left.
I have a video I took at 6:06 pm showing me knocking for minutes and no help!!
If they check their cameras they will see we was about there befoe closing time!

I had ordered 3 coffee for me and my friends.
And I had gotten all 3 sizes, a venti, a.k.a. large and all 3 of them where short on coffee. Almost a fourth of a cup was missing in all 3 of them.
