Everybody was hustling this morning! I placed a mobile order and when I arrived they were clearly slammed, including a long line of cars in the drive through. But they were unphased, churning out bevs and food quickly, working together and focused. My breakfast was hot coffee order was correct.

Very disappointed with my visit at this location. I went for a breakfast sandwich, but at the window, the cashier charged me for the wrong item that I paid for with a gift card. She got upset and irritated at the situation and I felt like it was towards me in a way. I was patient and understanding and the situation got worked out, just to get a half cooked bacon sandwich which I could not finish eating.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. Consistently slow, disorganized and unfriendly. This morning they refused to let me in for 10+ minutes after opening time despite it being 25* Fahrenheit. Terrible, awful Starbucks with horrible service.

Just left this location on my way to work! Absolutely slammed and super busy but all of the baristas were working together, laughing, and dealing with the storm so positively. As someone who has worked in the service industry it is so hard to maintain that positive attitude when things get backed up and busy so it’s always the mark of a great team when you walk in and everyone is working together. There was a woman who walked in after me and started yelling at the team to stop laughing and to make her coffee quicker. They handled her respectfully and with grace even though she was being extremely rude and yelling at them, ignoring the fact that you indeed can have fun and work hard. So sorry that team had to deal with that this morning!!

I’m a door dasher and while waiting for the order a barista handed me a drink asking if I wanted it while I waited, I assuming someone had started to order it and then changed their mind after it was made but it made my day and the drink is delicious!

I had a mobile order that I thought I placed previously to driving to starbucks. When I stopped in line I realized I never clicked finish and did then. This is the first time I’ve done anything like that and was just in a rush.

The lady taking my order at the window was extremely rude and in a condescending way told me I had just placed the order and mobile orders need to be made in advance. Then, when I got to the window I saw they drew a clock on my cup and did not appreciate it. Will not be spending my money here again.

The staff here are always super sweet, but the wait times are consistently rough—25+ minutes almost every visit. A lot of other reviews mention the same issue, so it seems to be a bigger problem. My drinks have also been wrong a couple of times, which is frustrating. I actually started driving further to another Starbucks because the wait is so consistent here. Hoping they can work on this because the people are great, but the service needs to be better.

The staff is nice and drinks are fine, but the wait times are ridiculous. Routinely waiting up to 30 minutes for the drive through is absurd. Lines are often overfilling into the gas station. The owner needs to quit being cheap and hire more staff or train them how to properly run a drive through, for example nobody is ever pulled from the window, so if the person in front of you ordered 10 drinks be ready to wait for all 10 of those while your drink sits on the counter getting old.

Stopped in to get some coffee and a mug and hit the road. The girl at the register was very nice and made some great suggestions with the new menu items and was able to speak to her experience trying them. The dining area is very large in this Starbucks and nice and clean.

This business is always struggling every single time I come it doesn’t matter what time of the day they always get my order incorrect and it’s always a 40 minute wait for one beverage one time I ordered through the drive-through I went up to pay window and they said they didn’t put anything in and I needed To re-say my order after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through It doesn’t even matter if you order online, went to order online picked it up 20 minutes later, and they still haven’t started on my order; however, they only had two workers
