Customer service is horrible here! i came through the drive thru around 10:53 this morning. this starbucks i’ve been going to for years im a loyal customer anyway i simply asked to split the payments in two ways which i always do. so i know it can be done. then the barista rudely said with a very disrespectful Tone and was rude the whole time that she couldn’t do it because she would have to Re ring everything back up which doesn’t make sense what so ever. so i still continued to ask if she could split it and she said yes the barista the scans my first card and some how she gave me my receipt before i could even reach for my other card to pay with and said oops everything went on this one and then closed the door right on my face. it took over 10 minutes to even get my drink and ham and cheese from them. she proceeded to Switch employees on me. i couldn’t catch her name so i went inside and she had taken her name tag off and was holding it in her hand it was so busy i then waited at the counter to ask her name and no one served me it was kinda busy tho so i just left. but fyi if you ever go here i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

They didn’t even mix the syrup in. Look at the bottom of my cup. That was after i poured it out into a different cup. Espresso shots were fine/good, but that was a lazy job.

This location trash. Not only do they never get my order right they also close early. I just walked up to the door with over 30 mins before they closed to get a tea and they turned the lights off. I’m so glad this is not the Starbucks closest to my house

This place is simply not worth the money anymore when there are 5 other places you can go around here with better customer service and better coffee. Every single time I come here, they try to tell me I placed my order and showed up too quick (on the app). They told me to pull up and wait 5 to 10 minutes for my drink when thr app said 3. Sometimes ill place my order 15 mins in advance and they still won’t have it ready at the window and tell me they’ll “get it ready for me”. I used to work here for several years. We never used to pull people for 5 to 10 minutes or make them come in. And by pull, I mean make me park and then drive back around 10 minutes later. The lady that took my order is also rude, telling me “im just here for college” okay, good for you. And im just here to get my drink. Im in my 20s and its very easy to give good customer service. I worked in customer service previous to what I do now for 10 years. This location sucks.

This is actually my favorite Starbucks in Louisville. They have a very large area where you can sit and just relax, work on your laptop. They make really good Frapuccino’s which is my favorite drink. I will say I think they have a lot of new workers and when I ordered my Frappuccino with no whip cream, I also added an extra shot of espresso. The barista did not follow the directions that were clearly on the cup so if you do get a customized drink, make sure you check drink for corrections and that is what you ordered. She didn’t even apologize for not following the directions on my cup. My only request was no whip and a shot of espresso.

This Starbucks strikes me as underlit and without the normal decoration you’d see on the wall. But even though it has lots of windows, it feels dark in the daytime. The drink I had was perfectly normal Starbucks so no complaints there!

The girl at the drive-thru window was very rude. I’ve honestly never have had a problem at this starbucks..I go there all the time. I was there this past Sunday and a girl with long blonde hair was at the drive-thru window. I had ordered a few items and forgot to add one thing. I asked if i could just add a cake pop and the girl then said “we are not alIowed to take orders at the window but I’ll go ahead and do it this time..”she said if I wanted to order something else I’d have to go around the drive-thru and order there. There was literally no one behind me. Kinda ruined my opinion of this store.
