Three generations of women in my family (Nana, Mom, and Daughter) love this place! We get a variety of things each time we go, including but not limited to ( hot coffee, ice coffee, frapachinos, hot sandwiches, cressants, assorted pastries, cake pops ETC! The prices are fair because everything is made by order. My daughter loves their rewards program because every time you make a purchase they scan your barcode on her phone, you also have the option to use one of their wallet cards or keychain reward cards. Every order gives you stars/ points to redeem free items! The baristas are usually sweet, practical, and fast! We would definitely recommend that someone who’s never been should definitely try it at least once

I love coming to this location! Always clean and baristas are super friendly. Kalie was so friendly and patient explaining one of the new menu items to me. Great place to work or study. You can get your drink in a mug if you’re drinking it there.

They got my order completely wrong. I asked for a caramel crunch frap and they gave me a strawberry shortcake frap, it was very nasty tasting, and messy as well, it made a mess all in my cup holder and seat.

Other then the fact that my drink was very wrongfully and poorly made, the costumer service was okay and they made what I originally asked for. Every time I go they never have anything that’s displayed on the menu either!!

I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks for frappuccinos, or maybe they just need better baristas, that’s just my opinion!!

I enjoy the staff in the drive thru, they’re very kind and friendly, and this is a convenient location for me. My only beef is that my iced matcha latte is a different color every time I get it. Sometimes not nearly enough powder is used, you can tell by looking at it without needing to taste it. Maybe I am unlucky and they happen to be running out when I order, I’m not sure. It’s not the end of the world, but it would be nice to get consistency in exchange for the price.

The platform has changed since previous comment(s) (submitted directly to Company rather than post- but (still) can be though then and now it still is not fully clear how that could become let contemporary necessity ). Something else happened in which both a newer male employee was acting like a twit and a (female) previously poor performing also expressing that person’s bitter job dissatisfaction in a petty emphasis of why it is not particularly productive to consider employees’ grievances or opinions in companies’ performances and implementations. Never mind the evasiveness and/or passive aggressiveness at one and more locations where the barista service staff- deliberately, dumbly, or stupidly depending upon the situation at the business locations- do not make distinction between store manager and shift manger or their own job title. I glanced another comment with response from an “owner” on this same platform prior to writing this comment. (Frankly if those things (in applicable subject matter comments) are directed at me personally for some reason I can respond that when that such things happen generally it is not particularly by people who are professional in appearance or astute in person…This is the public comment after some interval. I have seen some different types of platforms have thousands from one person…et cetera …)

As Starbucks stores go, I have no complaints about this one. And that’s saying something. There are quite a few that I don’t like and won’t go back to. But I haven’t had any issues with this store. All the employees I’ve encountered are polite and friendly and the drinks hold true to the recipes.
