The afternoon drive thru is the longest wait consistently of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Almost every time I’m in line in the afternoon, I see one or two cars just pull off and leave. Honestly, the wait is getting ridiculous. Getting ready to just choose another Starbucks, even if I have to drive way out of my way. Don’t want to do this, which is the only reason I am writing this review. Maybe they will do something.

Every single time I come here and go thru the drive thru I am greeted by someone with a vibe. Energy levels up, ready to serve. Legendary drive thru staff at this location. Rarely have bad experiences here! Def worth a trip if you’re in the area!

I ordered 2 tall americano (hot) at the drive through. The worker at the window took my credit cart and charged 13.37$. He did not ask about tip options, he did not show me the options like the other workers do. He just took my card and charged the amount.
I am sure he just hit the tip button.
My pronunciation is not like a natural American and I look like an Asian with white hair. I am sure that the white male with tattoo on his arm looked down on me and thought I am not smart. As an Asian customer with an accent, I felt I was treated differently and it felt discriminatory to me.
I am going to report to my credit card company the same to cancel the tip portion.
This guy ruined my day.
To the manager, if you have a cam at the window or counter, you can see he took my card and charged without asking me.

This is very convenient Starbucks, if you are in the Prospect , KY area.
It is very clean, recently remodeled. Well equipped. Thoughtfully planned and designed, with lots of space including lots of nooks for small quick meetings. There is an outdoor area that’s surrounded by a busy parking lot.
Baristas are nice, knowledgeable and courteous. They’re well trained and very efficient during busy times.

I go by this store pretty regularly since it’s by where I work. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The store is also very nice on the inside. The environment is very comfortable and I enjoy sitting inside and outside. The drinks and food items are exactly what you would hope for from the franchise. The only bad thing you could say is sometimes they are super busy and it’s hard to get through line, but that’s not really their fault. That’s pretty standard during the morning rush at any store.
