Coffee was good and made perfectly. The banana bread didn’t taste fresh, but was ok. I was worried when I went to the bathroom at 5am and the toilet was dirty, trash almost full. Otherwise clean place. The staff was about as happy as I was to be up this early. I wasn’t greeted, but after I said good morning, they acknowledged and the girl who checked me out was nice and helpful.

Back in my old college town, Hattiesburg Mississippi we didn’t have Starbucks when I was going to school here, but I had my usual caramel Frappuccino and it’s really hard to mess it up except for they didn’t have whipped cream and didn’t have lids. Other than that great

Appears to be a new location. Very clean parking lot & building.
The drive- through service was pleasant, efficient, and quick. We had 4 cars in front of us & were completely finished in 5 minutes. Great service!
I’m not sure what my coffee tastes like because I’m unable to drink it as of yet. The cup is double-cupped, so the lid won’t snap securely. The cup is very full (good thing) so I can’t pull it out of my cup holder to remove the extra cup without spilling lots of hot coffee… I understand why the cups might have been double- cupped in theory, but doesn’t really work. I’m probably going to wait until my coffee is cold to taste it.
After further investigation: double-cupping wasn’t the problem. The inner cup’s rim was mishapen.

Misto took 15 minutes at least. When I asked about drink(to make sure they hadn’t forgotten me) the barista pretended like she didn’t hear me and kept avoiding eye contact.
I’m fine if it takes a little longer than expected, but at least acknowledge the wait.
Won’t be going back here again.

Drinks are always great but I ordered on the mobile app, they marked the drink as ready but now I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes because they still haven’t even started it. I understand that you have a time limit to create coffee with and you get busy but the reason they track your sales is because they want your staff to be efficient and they expect you to be accurate and honest. This location is cheating the system and putting out fraudulent numbers. Why mark a drink as complete when you haven’t started it yet?

I wasn’t sure on what drink I wanted and whether I wanted it hot or iced. There was a younger guy, probably early 20s (I didn’t catch his name) who helped me out. It genuinely made my day. He was so kind and hospitable. Whoever he is, he needs to be rewarded for being so kind and going above and beyond to help me. I came in around 5:40 in the morning

Went on 10/21 around 3:50 pm & had the worst costumer service. Ordered a tall blonde espresso latte & it was white like milk. It was so weak. It’s what I typically order so I know what it’s supposed to look like & taste like. The worker at the drive thru answered with “sure” after my order. They were so rude when I asked for another latte. When I thanked the rude worker she didn’t hear me so I thanked her louder and she heard but walked away. It was so awful a second time I threw it away there. Should have gotten my money back.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Lady at the register (DANI) was so rude. I told her it was my birthday and that I wanted a free drink and she told me I needed a coupon. She scanned the coupon on my phone and said oh looks like you don’t have one even thought it’s my birthday I have my ID and it told me all my app that I got a free treat clearly I don’t get a free treat and I had to spend $15. The lady that made the drink slid it across and it almost fell off the counter. my drink also taste like water so I will not be going back and don’t plan on getting a free drink on your birthday because they’re gonna tell you you can’t

this has to be the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. Barista was just plain rude and looked annoyed to have to serve me. Got creamer on the side they filled my coffee so high that when I took lid off to put creamer in, it spilled all over me and my car. love that. 0 stars if I could
