Worst service at a Starbucks I have ever experienced! If it was only one experience I would say it is a bad day, but two days back to back. The first day we were ignored the entire time we waited in line to the point we just walked out. No sorry we are behind in orders no give me one minute, just completely ignored my colleague and myself!

I love Starbucks and I order from here almost daily. One thing I don’t like is that they never update their inventory on the app because it will show sold out for days and sometimes weeks and when you ask about it the answer is “oh we just got it in!”

Well anyway, this morning my fiancée picked up his order that I had got for him and I always order a cheese danish. Well they gave him a turkey and sausage danish. He didn’t know until he got to work. Please make sure your employees are paying attention to what they’re doing.

This Starbucks has so much potential. And it could be very good, but they’re really on the struggle bus.

The staff there (two African-American American females) had that fake friendly smile, rude attitude and were extremely slow. I (African-American female) came in and stood in line. One lady was infront of me ordering. While in line I was looking at their wall of cups. Two caucasian ladies attempted to cut me inline. I say nothing and us three just look at each other. The ladies then realized I was there first so they let me pass ahead. I ordered their current specialty a venti nitro cold brew coffee with cream, a cheese danish and purchased a cup. Instead of saying something nice after I paid the clerk asked me to input the numbers on the screen. The screen only showed tip options for 20% and 25%. I gave them 18% since its my first time at this location and I don’t know their service. Usually Starbucks is fcfs; as so I thought. I don’t know why but the two ladies behind me had their frap drinks come out before mine. (They didnt order the same drink.) As I sat there waiting the staff were talking horribly about their previous customers and how some didn’t even tip. My drink came out the same time as the third customer (African-American male) who came in after me. He had one of the juice drinks with cream and fruit at the bottom. My drink looked nothing as pictured… just iced coffee, no cream and my pastry wasn’t even placed in the warmer yet. I can’t say the staff’s customers service was racially charged or if any tip under 20% warranted to wait longer than others. All I know is other customers who had more complicated orders didn’t need to wait and weren’t degraded in their discussions.

Literally waited an hour on 3 coffees got 1 hot coffee after 30 minutes and 30 minutes later received the 2 cold coffees. Unacceptable. No apologies were offered nothing. WILL NOT BE BACK

It’s really beautiful inside and the staff is incredibly friendly! This is Meridian’s FIRST real Starbucks and I’m happy there is finally one here. I frequent Starbucks a lot in Dallas so it’s great— I wish the location had its own indoor seating (You’re able to sit inside the hotels 601 Restaurant but it’s usually being cleaned) and they have added a few stools for waiting for your order which is nice, but I usually go to Starbucks to read or study so that would be a nice addition one day✨️

As a consistent customer of Starbucks locations all around the world, this is by far the slowest and most inaccurate store with employees that seem extremely lazy and simply just don’t care. I placed an order online for 1 chicken and bacon sandwich, 1 order of egg white egg bites, 1 30 oz iced peach green tea and 1 30 oz iced Paradise drink. My app let me know when the order was ready and my boyfriend and I walked in right away for pickup. We walked straight to the mobile pickup counter and I immediately noticed that out of the FOUR items I ordered, only one drink was correct!!!! The peach green tea was the only item ready and accurate. The 30 oz Paradise was in a “tall” size cup which is only 12 oz. Not what I paid for. The egg white egg bites were ready—but when I got to the car, I noticed they were not the ones I ordered and instead were the bacon and cheese egg bites. I had also ordered sriracha packets but had to ask for them, to which they said they do not have any. As for the bacon and chicken sandwich, they didn’t let us know they didn’t have any; I guess they just expected us to not have a replacement either. I told them we were missing a sandwich and told them which one, while 5 baristas just stood there and looked at me, one of them on her phone and another girl standing there, the only one with a mask on and a finger cast. The girl “helping” me asked the girl with the mask on if there were any more sandwiches to replace it with since they were out of the one I wanted, and she just pointed to herself and said “are you asking me?” Then, she never answered further. I finally asked for a different sandwich just so we could get the heck out of there. There was only ONE barista who even looked like he was trying to work, and it was the only guy there. The four girls were so lazy and had ZERO customer service. The girl “helping” us had no knowledge of the menu whatsoever and apparently none of the other girls did either. We were really excited that Meridian now has a Starbucks but instead, this is the poor quality we get. We are BEYOND disappointed!

Great place! Service was good and drinks were made fast. Drink wasn’t perfect, but it’s hard to make and it was good. Very clean. No drive-thru as it’s in the downtown area but we had no trouble parking in front of it. Recommend.

I’m not sure how this doesn’t have 5 stars overall! This is the BEST Starbucks! My drink is never watered down and always soooo wonderful! The staff of the hotel as well as the Starbucks employees are amazing and sweet! They know my name (not sure if that’s good or bad lol) and they always ask how I’m doing and they make an effort to get to know me! They’re a huge factor in me passing nursing school!
