drink wasn’t right when she handed it to me. i didn’t argue. tasted it and immediately want to throw it away. there’s barely any ice, minimal to NO cold foam, no syrup, and not in the bigger cup. was really looking forward to make favorite coffee this morning

I’m really disappointed with my experiences at Starbucks Flowood. Every single time I’ve come to this location, the staff has been rude or unfriendly. It’s not a one-time bad day situation. it has been consistent. The last visit was especially frustrating. The woman who took my order at the window sounded completely uninterested and honestly depressed. I even mentioned that it was my birthday, and there was no acknowledgment beyond the bare minimum. No “happy birthday” on the cup, no warmth, just dry behavior. It’s a stark contrast from my usual Starbucks location, where the staff is welcoming and genuinely kind. The difference is very noticeable. Customer service matters. Treat people the way you want to be treated. No one forced anyone to apply for the job if you’re going to work in customer service, at least show basic courtesy.

Needed a caffeine fix and there were probably 8 cars in the drive thru so I decided to go in. No one was inside so I thought it was going to be quick. There were three people at the counter and not one of them said hello. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. So I left without my caffeine and went to Cups. Definitely ruined my love for Starbucks. Customer Service in Flowood 0/10!
