I usually have a great experience at this location and really do love coming here. I’m not typically one to leave reviews or complaints, but I’m hoping this feedback might be helpful to management.

The only consistent issue I’ve noticed is with the matcha. It always seems to vary quite a bit depending on who makes it. For example, these two photos are of the exact same order, just on different days with different employees. The first one was perfect – rich in that earthy matcha flavor, and the strawberry foam was a beautiful pink on top. The second one, however, was much lighter and milkier, with hardly any matcha taste, and the strawberry foam ended up mixed into the drink so it lost that nice presentation.

I did ask for a remake, and the staff was kind enough to make me another one, but unfortunately the remake (pictured) wasn’t much better. At that point, I just said it was fine and left with it.

My intention here isn’t to criticize but to point out something I’ve noticed. I really enjoy this location overall, and I hope this feedback helps bring a little more consistency to the drinks.

The customer service at this location was passive aggressive and lack luster. I ordered a large apple juice with no ice they short me and give me a large basically half full and told me it would have went to the top if I would have put ice in it. Then charge me an extra 3 dollars and some change to fill it up. Smh and walked away when I told them like they didn’t care when I told them about it. I’ve never had this problem with Starbucks. I will never return to this location again. Smh. I will post a picture, but I can’t see how to. Edit/update Figured it out.The cup on the left is the supposedly large, half full,the cup on the right is what they made me pay 3 dollers extra for to fill up the large that they didn’t fill up because I didn’t want ice.Make it make sense. I rarely leave reviews, but this Starbucks has warranted one.

The baristas at this location are consistently rude, and my drinks are rarely prepared correctly. I have been going to Starbucks for years and have visited many locations across the city. The Starbucks near my home is my regular location, but I have also visited several other locations out of convenience. I have never experienced this many issues with my orders anywhere else.

When I come to this location, my coffee or matcha is almost always wrong. Most of the time, I accept it as is and do not ask for it to be remade. However, there have been two occasions where I did request a remake. The second time, it was very clear that I was remembered from the first instance. The barista with long hair, whose name I unfortunately do not know, slammed my drink on the counter and simply said “here.” It was obvious she was frustrated because I asked for my drink to be remade.

There was also a tall, stocky man at the cashier who repeatedly questioned me about how I wanted the drink remade after I had already explained what was wrong with it. He kept asking what I wanted them to do with it in a way that felt condescending, almost as if he was trying to make me feel dumb for requesting a correction.

I am paying nearly $10 for a coffee or matcha, so I expect it to be made correctly and without attitude. Many customers, myself included, spend a significant amount of money at Starbucks each year, and basic customer service should not be an issue when paying for a service.

I also noticed another review mentioning that this Starbucks has passive workers, and that could not be more accurate. The attitudes here are consistently poor. Even the older woman at the drive thru was unfriendly at first, although after I addressed her attitude, she has since been more pleasant.

I am giving this location two stars solely because one of the male baristas was genuinely kind and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that positive experience has been the exception rather than the norm.

Kel is an absolute jewel. This employee exemplifies the meaning of customer service. Kel was so patient as I asked 1,500 questions about menu items that I see at least 2xs a week at the HL Starbucks. Kel even made jokes at the window & made me laugh, and I was having the LONGEST day prior to this visit. I left with a smile, an item from the menu that I have never tried before, and the chamomile mint blossom tea that I left my cozy house for. Kel, thank you for being a light in such a dark world.

I just went to this Starbucks and ordered 2 Caffè Mocha Lattes and 1 Frappuccinos, and honestly it was a terrible experience. I came back home, tasted all of them, and they were so bad I had to throw everything away. The drinks were completely off — not the usual Starbucks quality at all.

Really disappointed, especially considering the price. I hope this location improves their consistency and quality because this was not acceptable.

Came here on Red Cup Day after my normal store ran out of the red cups by 9am! They honored my receipt from the Southaven location and gave me the amount of cups I would’ve received otherwise. They were so friendly and polite to me and my kids. I also noticed them all helping each other with no attitudes or shortness even with it being super busy. Normally I drive twice as far for my coffee treats, but I think this may be my new regular spot!

This location does not practice sanitation. Employee holding 2 cups with her fiingers inside. The recipe is different from other locations. I drive 15mins away fir .ire quality food, drinks and service. I’ve tried them 3times and each time I wasn’t satisfied. I’ve gone for breakfast, lunch and late evening. They don’t care there

Wonderful, patient employees really rude customers today, blew her horn so long they had to shut down the drivethru because she messed up the mics. Unbelievably selfish customers! Every employee there needs a BIG HUG for dealing with some people.

Very clean, the displays are always very orderly and consistantly changing. The workers were busy but very polite. The ambient music was very neutral and fitting for the atmosphere. My drink was made quickly (caffe mocha) and i tried the dark chocolate espresso beans. The condiment area was very neat and tidy. Also i find it respectable to offer recycling options in your establishment.
