I just can’t say enough about how nice the staff at this Starbucks is they always greet me with just open arms almost know what I want. Places always clean managers always nice. Coffee is great. Always fresh really nice place to stop if you’re on I 55 it’s the 280 exit just go in and say hello and speak to him.

i ordered today in the drive thru (the iced black tea add brown sugar, splashed with milk add vanilla cold form). The drink tastes sour and I don’t know why, last time was pretty good. The cold form was all good taste normally, but the black tea splash with milk tastes disgusting and sourly. It was a girl making the drink I don’t know if she’s new didn’t make my drink right, or this Starbucks use the expired milk, but I have came to this store many times, this is the first time things happened like this. It is hoped that staff training can be strengthened and food hygiene and safety can be checked. Will come back and believe y’all can do better.

This is a hit or miss place. I’ve had several good experiences as well as bad. Everyone is super friendly, though. The assistant manager is super sweet. They fixed my order from a previous time without me asking. I love this location. I’ve visited several with my job working out of state. This is hands down, the only other location, besides Rhode Island, that the staff is pleasant and definitely care about their customers.
