I go to this location several times a week, the employees are always so friendly, specifically the young lady who usually works the drive through window early mornings!!! coffee is always made wonderfully ❤️

I waited for several minutes at the counter and NOT ONE employee greeted me or even told me to ‘hold on one moment.’. I used the bathroom and did a mobile order. We came out of the bathroom and waited in the order pickup area. After 5 more minutes or so, the employee handed me my drink and told me, ‘Sorry about that wait.’ Emily at the counter and the guy working drive thru wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Drink was just ok, not as good as other Starbucks locations.

Worst place. My advice would be to drive to a different location. Good thing I checked my cup before actually taking a sip. What a drag and waist of MY money. Staff was beyond slow and clueless.

This location does not have a drive-through and the parking lot is completely full. There is a small outdoor seating area that is very helpful and the staff seemed friendly. We had to wait a little longer than expected for a sandwich and coffee to be finished. They offer a full menu items here.

Visiting from out of town and was told N. Highland had all the good food places!
Apparently a coworker contacted his mother, gave me multiple side eyes and created a hostile environment because he simply didn’t like my friend? This is extremely unprofessional and childish if I spent money here and simply was waiting for a nearby restaurant to finish an order.
I’d be careful, the drinks were ok but I guess if a coworker doesn’t like you, you’ll get discriminated against. :/
