I’ve had a hard time finding the words but, I really want this store to know how awesome they are. I used to come here weekly, sometimes 3-4 times a week, for a couple years. Everyone there is always so nice. I’d come in routinely in the morning around 6:30-6:45 and the staff always recognized me and made an effort to talk to me.
The last day I went was the last day of the job I was working nearby and everyone stopped to congratulate me. Every drink I had here was good, but the people were the BEST and I want everyone to know that! Especially morning crew! Thank you for the 2 years of coffee and kindness yall gave me!

This is a nice place, although it’s a little too dark inside. I felt like I was walking into a bar. The service was great and friendly. It’s clean with a lot of seating. They have plenty of parking. It’s also easily accessible by the light on Germantown Parkway.

I visit this location several times a week and have started bringing a personal cup for my orders. Three out of the last four times my order is served in a cup. Which clearly defeats the whole purpose of bringing your own cup, They told me they cannot reuse the cup that they put my drink in even though it is going unused because it gets poured into my cup. This is super frustrating, and it’s an absolute waste to unnecessarily throw away cups that could be used for other orders and not to mention a waste of money for the store owner. I understand staff gets busy, but who are attention needs to be paid to orders.

I came to the Starbucks because it was close to my appointment. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My order was not correct but they did not mind changing it. They did not make me feel like I was a “problem.” I had a few hours of work, so sat in their dining area and was able to get all of my work completed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will come back to this location.

They didn’t even try to shake my drink. You still can see the sauce at the bottom. How on earth a barista not even try to mix the drink well. I ordered my coffee with salted caramel cold foam on top, but it’s literally just some kind of whipping cream. I would be understanding if they were busy, but not at all. That’s so lazy when you not even try to meet the standards of your work. Never come back again.

Why?! The generous reviews here? This Starbucks is too slow on mobile orders. Why bother ordering ahead? They seem more focused on their drive thru orders. You don’t get the mobile any more quickly. At least I have always ended up waiting longer. They won’t call out the mobile order’s names either. Inefficient bunch of young workers here. Additionally, since the pandemic has changed everything, you have to ask for every single thing. For instance, like if you wanted half and half, maybe a wooden stir stick, a green drink stopper and so on. Tell me they’re saving money! BS. Dumb corp. ideas. Starbucks has gone way down hill. Especially in their poor customer services. And it’s expensive for what you get. A lukewarm Hot Americano. They’re afraid they’re gonna burn their little fingers.

Amazing experience. The customer service was out of this world. The staff in the drive thru were extra friendly and put a smile on my face. The person at the drive thru window added there own personality to things and made the experience more authentic. Please keep it up and keep using the word Groovy lol.

I know Starbucks is busy right now due to saddle creeks power outage. But it’s been 45 minutes and I still haven’t received my coffee this is unreasonable. About to get a refund because I don’t want the coffee anymore and will take my business else where.
