Stopped by this location for a quick latte. Did not seem very busy at all. But workers were running around not really clear what needed to be done. Waited over 20 min for a latte. Coming from one of the biggest cities, I would love to see how it gets during the morning rush. They did not announce drinks or name so why are you bothering asking? Fortunately i am not in this area regularly but definitely does not warrant another visit.

Literally the sweetest staff. I was having a rough birthday and went in and sat down and was chatting with a friend, and one of the managers approached me. They had already wished me a happy birthday and had written it on my sandwich bag, and the manager slid me a card. I was confused and opened it up. The staff had run to one of the stores nearby and had gotten me a birthday card. They had all signed it. I was literally sobbing in there. They were wonderful and I hope to see them all again ❤️ They really made my bad day wonderful.

I use the mobile app when I go there to beat the line. I can’t understand why folks want to sit in a 30 min drive thru line or 20 min wait inside. Order ahead & just walk in & pick up!!
