Visited this location today 11/13. I was soo discombobulated this morning, by the time l got to the window l noticed l hadn’t even ordered until l had got to the window. The lady was sooo kind and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service this morning.

Made an order at Starbucks, the ice matcha latte. Was so excited for the drink, because I had been thinking about it. Got to the window and they gave me my drink looking like this! Without mixing it properly, and not thinking about remaking it. The girl who handed me the drink didn’t say anything. Just gave the drink and walked away. I waited at the drive thru window, wanting to ask them to remake it. But she never came to the window so I drove off. Usually, they’re always good at mixing the powder. But today, they’re having a bad day I assume. The next time I see my drink like this, I will stay at the window asking them to remake me another one. This tastes very bad, bitter and no kind of sweetness. Look at the clumps they left behind in my drink. Got home and emptied it down the kitchen sink. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there!

Service was great, I didn’t eat but my drink was flawless. Unless you consider the high price a flaw.
Honestly it’s been probably twenty years since I was last in a Starbucks, prior to this. Perhaps the chain has dialed their interior design way back in that time, or maybe it was simply a difference between this location and others I’ve been to. In any case, I found myself sort of disappointed with the lack of.. really, anything to look at inside.

My sisters initial order was incorrect and when she tried to get the attention of the person who prepared it, she was of ignored. She finally got the attention of another individual who corrected her order and apologized. The facility needs better cleaning as the seats had crumbs on several benches. .

This is an awesome Starbucks. The baristas here are out of this world friendly. They are great to talk to and super friendly. This Starbucks is never full but there are alwys people here. If the weather permits, they have one of the best outdoor seating areas for a Starbucks around.
I wish it was open later but alas – apparently this is as late as Starbucks stays open in Memphis,.
For a non-local coffee shop, this is about as good as it gets for a Starbucks. I really like this location!

Store is exactly what Starbucks wants it to be – calm, relaxed atmosphere, helpful people at the counter, clean bathrooms, and well-made, timely given drinks. I give this location 5 stars across the board as they clearly work hard and care for the people and store. Keep it up, you’re doing great.

I went here a couple months ago and i dropped my drink gettibg back into my car. So i went back inside to order a new one and the guy recognised me and asked why i was getting another and i told him. He remade it for free which was really sweet cuz i didnt ask him to. It was very nice of him. I dont remember his name or what he looked like tho

I visited this Starbucks many times and for the past few times, it’s been horrible. One day, I ordered a “medicine ball”, only to realize all they gave me was chamomile tea. I gave them another try and when I ordered via the app, I pulled up and they tried to give me someone else’s order. When I politely corrected the lady she was extremely rude and rolled her eyes and tried to argue that my name was the name on the cup. I literally had to show her my order on the app. She’s so rude. Most of the time the ladies there are so kind, but this particular person is always rude. I don’t understand why you would work in customer service if you hate people. I probably won’t be returning.

This is the only location that allows their employees to makeup their own prices. The employee open the store whenever she is ready even though their no signage to explain why the store is not open. I have tried numerous times to reach out to upper management regarding this issue and no response. I will never waste my time at this location.
