Ordered 2 chestnut praline lattes tonight and when i got them i noticed there was no whip cream and no praline topping. When i asked about it, the rude girl at window says, “we are out, but it’s a no charge item anyway”. SMH. It’s literally why i like the chestnut praline and pay more for it. Why not make more!? You literally make it in store. Or why not tell me before i order? Or why not simply apologize and be kind!? She should be fired.

After 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru I did not get the drink I ordered. My grande decaf mocha extra hot became a grande mocha with four hazelnut shots and caramel drizzle. It doesn’t even taste like there’s any coffee in it. Or any chocolate. It’s disgusting. And of course I didn’t notice until I had already pulled out onto the highway. I know better than to stop at this particular Starbucks, but I did anyway because it was on my way. The cherry on top was getting called darlin’ repeatedly by a guy who was way too young to pull that off. A big waste of time and money and an all-around terrible experience. I won’t be back.

I’m not really sure if he is the store manager or a shift supervisor, but the man with short black hair and stretched ears with a black apron truly needs to work on his attitude. Hoping I was just unfortunate enough to catch him at the wrong moment and that’s not how he normally treats people, but as a partner, some behavior just isn’t partner behavior :(! I understand we all have bad days and stressful moments but we should definitely watch how we treat other people and remember that it’s our job as partners to treat our customers with respect and remember that even a brief interaction can make a change. Positive or negative.

Don’t bother trying to order an iced shaken espresso from this location, they will mess it up every time. I started going to the newer location across from Walmart several weeks ago for my coffee for this reason and they never have a problem. Occasionally I try to order from this one again to see if anything has changed but at this point I’m wasting my time. Today I ordered my drink, an iced shaken espresso (which should be one of the EASIEST ones on the menu to order) but no surprise I was given one filled with hazelnut instead. I’m not returning to this location and I can only hope corporate will fix these problems at some point. In the meantime do yourself a favor and go to the new location by Hooters and Walmart as they don’t seem to have the same problems.

This Starbucks is not efficient. It takes 30+ minutes to get your drink no matter if you order in store, on the app, or in the drive thru. It seems a little unsanitary, one of the workers has extremely long facial hair that is touching the cups and drinks when they make them. I observed it dip into 2 different drinks while waiting at the window for over 15 minutes because they did not start making our drinks until about 10 minutes after we got to the window. It seems like the place is understaffed and the employees just need updated training.

Coffee an service are good quality as to be expected. What else is to be expected is to be inundated with Taylor Swift songs if you visit the shop. Drive through highly recommended lol

Made a drink I said nevermind too and made the other one wrong. The girl at the window had an attitude when I told her I did not want the drink I said NEVERMIND too….. Too expensive too deal with the issues and the attitude. Definitely will be giving my familys business to dutch bros and scooters.

The drinks here are very inconsistent. Sometimes they’re on point, but half the time they’re honestly terrible. The worst part, though, is the attitude. I placed a mobile order, but the barista made it wrong. When I called the store, they offered me a free replacement drink.
However, when I arrived, the middle-aged lady who took my order had a really bad attitude. Even though I repeated twice that I wanted sugar-free vanilla and extra oat milk in my espresso, she still gave me regular vanilla and no oat milk. The way she acted made it seem like she was doing me a favor, and that I should be grateful.
