This is the nicest Starbucks location I think I have ever been to. And by nice – I mean the people!! They are always so sweet. Me and my co-workers talk about them at work every time we go get coffee from here. It’s always so nice to start your morning off with a friendly face!

Hello. I want to tell you a story, I regularly come to Starbucks to drink coffee and sit at my laptop, I think like many people. Today I was sitting in Starbucks as usual and drinking coffee when the employees just decided to close the hall 3 hours before closing. Because it’s more comfortable for them to work that way. They asked me to leave, to which I asked them if it was right, to change their working hours that they present to customers like this. And asked to talk to the manager about it. The lady went down, talked to the manager, came and said that I could sit, but she would close the hall and I wouldn’t be able to buy coffee in the middle. I asked again if I could sit, she said yes and left. After 15 minutes they turned off the wifi. And after another half an hour they turned on the music at full volume. And an hour before closing, without telling me anything, they called the police to take me out. This attitude is disgusting to the core

Second time ordering a hot latte only for my cup to not be filled completely. I shouldn’t be paying for something and not receiving the entirety of the product. I especially shouldn’t have to ask for it to be fixed.

Everyone here is always nice and helpful with ordering. What I order is always made correctly. I can’t say that for some other locations across the country. I cannot stand receiving a Latte when I order a Flat White, and I can honestly say that’s never happened to me at this location. Thank you!

Man, for the amount you pay for drinks you’d think service would be pleasant. My dad and I came Thursday afternoon for a latte for me. His change was 5 dollars, and the lady working the window gave him 5 singles. He asked her if he could have a 5 instead of the singles. Immediately she took on attitude, I’m not sure why this is a big inconvenience as most people don’t want a bunch of singles. She was like “well I have to get my manager to open the register for that” and he said he still wanted it. After that she was just rude and huffy. Gave us our drink and shoved the 5 at him. We won’t be back. Making change shouldn’t be such a huge deal??

Sun eclipse day! Nice padded bench seat inside along one wall. No paper towels to dry hands in bathroom. Had to ask for creamer. Argh. Small amount of cream was poured into another cup and handed to me. ? Female staff member shared pleasantries about a previous sun eclipse she had experienced. Coffee was very good. Choc croissant very tasty also.
