This is your typical Starbucks experience. A staff that was organized and new what they were doing. A clean and comfortable restaurant and lounge area. One of the best cups of coffee in the multiple chains of coffee shops. You always know what your getting at a Starbucks and when it comes to consistency I love it in my coffee. Also had a few vanilla bean scones which, as always, were phenomenal. Always a good visit at Starbucks and this location is very good. I reccomend a visit and will be back myself.

Visited the area and as ALWAYS I stay loyal to the best coffee in the world, STARBUCKS!

Unfortunately, this location was unacceptable! The place was filthy dirty, counters were covered in a mess and no one seemed to care.

There is 6 employees and there was 1 person in lobby and 3 cars in drive through.

Starbucks you deserve better and so does your CUSTOMERS!

Great staff at this Starbucks. Very clean and a great layout with plenty of seating inside and covered seating outside. The iced white chocolate mocha with extra shot was excellent and the bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich is a great healthy breakfast. Located across from the airport entrance makes it convenient for fliers but also makes for some difficulty entering or exiting on the highway.

BATHROOM DOOR DOESN’T LOCK PROPERLY, MANAGEMENT DOESN’T CARE

I was washing my hands when a guy walked in because the door hadn’t actually locked. So I told a manager, who replied,

“Yeah, we’ve gotten a lot of complaints about that. We put in a ticket, but unfortunately that’s just how it is right now.”

This is obviously an egregiously unacceptable answer. I suggested he put up a sign, but he clearly didn’t care to. I called corporate, but they said it would take several days for the district manager to get back with me. The next day, I brought my own sign: “THIS DOOR IS NOT LOCKING PROPERLY; A ticket has been submitted for its repair”. I asked a different manager to put it up. This manager said they hadn’t done it because they aren’t allowed to put up unofficial signs (which… given the circumstances, who cares?), but that an exception could be made this time. The manager took the sign and taped it up. At first I felt the issue had been resolved, but then I later saw the manager had put it in a place that was NOT straightforward, where people would be unlikely to look. Who knows if it’s even still there.

This location clearly does not value their customers’ safety or privacy if that’s the best they’re willing to do for this situation.

UPDATE– RESPONSE TO OWNER’S (unhelpful/robotic) COMMENT:
I already used the Contact Us page (in addition to calling corporate), but after a week, I’ve received no indication that the lock has been fixed or a proper (easily visible) sign has been put up. This is a safety issue that should’ve been addressed the minute the first customer complained about the lock, but your store has shown repeated disregard for your customers’ safety.

I ordered my drink, and the guy put the wrong thing in. I corrected him because I saw that it was wrong and he argued with me that his way was easier. I told him that it was wrong. He refused to fix it and well what do you know. Our drink was wrong.

Excellent little Starbucks. Located right across from an airport, walkable distance from the La Quinta & Comfort inn suites, it’s also nestled beside a long strip of restaurants. So it’s a great place to wait to if you’re staying in that area. The staff is friendly and personable. There is a seasonal outdoor seating area. In particular, I had a staff member fix my order because it had too much cream in it. I usually don’t request that and felt a little nervous asking, but he didn’t even blink an eye and was very gracious!

Never had an issue placing an order in a busy drive-thru line until this location. The woman on the speaker told me it wasn’t ready, so I offered to loop back around, but she said to go ahead and pull up to the window. The woman at the window was snippy when she told me they “literally just” got my order so it wasn’t ready yet. (Is that somehow opposed to everyone else who “literally just” ordered at the speaker? Lol.) They told me to come inside to get my order after I’d already offered to lap the drive-thru. I work in customer service too. If a mild inconvenience with an arguably annoying customer gets you so flustered that you’re bordering rude, maybe the Starbucks drive-thru isn’t the place for you to get your bag.
