Come in all the time to study. Great Starbucks if you’re a mobile orderer or in the drive thru—in that case you are their top priority!
In the case you have the misfortune to be a lowly customer who orders and drinks their coffee inside, you will be waiting a while to order or receive your drink. In store customers get the absolute shaft when it comes to service. I would get my stuff faster and easier if I went outside, got in my car, and hopped in the drive thru.
Please don’t make your in store customers feel so unwelcome!

Convenient access to the interstate! Very nice and welcoming employees. So many good things to try! All time favorite because of the convenience of open times, the app, and quality of items available.

Went to this location tonight because I was in this area (not my normal store) placed my online order at 5:30pm. I sat through the drive through for 25 minutes before i ever got my drink, i asked the the guy at the window why it took so long to make one drink and he immediately told be I could leave and to get out of “his” drive thu. I then asked for a manager and he said there was not one there. I then left and called the store to ask for the manager this same guy answered he said his name was Hunter. I asked to speak with a manager and then he proceded to ask for my name, I said I was not giving my name because he was the one the complaint was about. He then kept asking for my name and he also asked what my Facebook and other social media’s. This is by far the creepiest barista. I now feel unsafe because i belive he has my person phone number and also my socials. Please be aware when odering here. You should not feel unsafe ordering coffee from this place. And I will be contacting the owner of this location.

Big heavy set girl with dark hair working behind the counter 10/7/25 at 7pm was the absolute rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. I was trying to ask for a drink for my sick wife which I got just the other day in the morning from an extremely helpful beautiful soul working that day who helped me and was so sweet. I don’t go to Starbucks often for myself so I am not good at ordering and this employee was so unbelievably mean to me I almost just left and I would have if the drink was for myself. Of all establishments Starbucks is known for their service. This lady needs to work somewhere else because asking for tips as a coffee shop is one thing but asking for tips after being so hateful to a customer is insane. I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. I am not ever paying a premium price for coffee to be treated that way because I am a little lost looking at the menu. I’ll learn to make a dang pecan latte, praline, whatever the heck it is by myself.. unbelievable.

We waited forever then I asked the girl at the window if something was wrong because it’s took so long I said it seems like we’ve been here A half hr & she replied it’s only been 18 minutes like that’s supposed to be ok or acceptable or something for just one coffee .

I noticed that customers who ordered after me received their drinks before I did. But when I did get my order I was in for a surprise! When I inquired with the barista, “What did I order?!” she replied, “Tall hot latte, no flavor.” I then said, “It tastes like hot milk, not coffee,” and her only response was a shrug. I suppose shrinkflation has also affected the coffee beans.
