Tell me how that makes ANY sense when I then sit in the line until 11:29 and guess whose drink was magically ready the moment I got to the window? Mine So clearly, pulling into the line when I did was not the problem. The problem was the complete lack of common sense coming from the employee.
Maybe hire people with a few functioning brain cells, and maybe people who don’t feel the need to take their bad mood out on customers who literally followed the app exactly as instructed. The woman with the long brown hair in a ponytail was rude, condescending, and confidently wrong the entire interaction.
Side note: if you’re going to have that much attitude, at least show up looking put together. The hair situation was… questionable at best.
I was right. She was wrong. The drink was ready. Period. Starbucks, please train your staff on how mobile orders actually work—and maybe on basic manners while you’re at it.
She listened
Got my order right
Personable
Friendly
And went above and beyond to poor my drink into mug.
In fact, the entire staff are fast
And work well together.
