I placed a mobile order at 11:23, right? The app says my drink will be ready at 11:26, so I pull into the drive-thru line like a normal person. Then the lady at the window goes, “Um, we tell people to wait before pulling into the line, you might have to wrap around again.” I’m sorry??? Are we serious right now?

Tell me how that makes ANY sense when I then sit in the line until 11:29 and guess whose drink was magically ready the moment I got to the window? Mine So clearly, pulling into the line when I did was not the problem. The problem was the complete lack of common sense coming from the employee.

Maybe hire people with a few functioning brain cells, and maybe people who don’t feel the need to take their bad mood out on customers who literally followed the app exactly as instructed. The woman with the long brown hair in a ponytail was rude, condescending, and confidently wrong the entire interaction.

Side note: if you’re going to have that much attitude, at least show up looking put together. The hair situation was… questionable at best.

I was right. She was wrong. The drink was ready. Period. Starbucks, please train your staff on how mobile orders actually work—and maybe on basic manners while you’re at it.

Really disappointing experience. I asked a Starbucks worker if they could throw my drink away for me, and instead of helping, they told me I had to take it outside and throw it away myself — while it was literally raining. It felt unnecessary and rude, especially for a place that’s supposed to be about customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just basic courtesy. Definitely left a bad impression and made the visit frustrating for no reason.

When I show up at opening time almost every day, the crew is always on the ball with my usual order. Small talk is delightful and doesnt feel forced or “customer servicey”. The drinks are always on point. A highlight of my mornings.

Not sure if Kaylie is having a bad day but she’s at the register inside and had such a bad attitude. Rolled her eyes at us. She spoke so low when my friend asked for the code for the restroom, he asked her to repeat it since he couldn’t hear her, and she rolled her eyes at him. She seemed annoyed to be here. I know it’s early (almost 9am) and maybe she’s not a morning person, but she could just quit if she hates her job and dealing with customers so much.

Arrived at the drive thru, Brainerd Road, and was overwhelmed by the amount of trash at the drive thru order menu. When I mentioned it to the person who asked what I wanted to order, they simply ignored what I said about the trash and with a slight attitude repeated their original question. When I got to the order window I asked if she mentioned the trash issue to her manager, she said no and quote “we don’t care because people are crazy”

Had a taste for a Vanilla Latte, grabbed a bagel too. Ordered in the app, was ready when I got to the window. The barista was super friendly, and the whole quick experience was great.
