I don’t know why I try to mobile order from this location around the holidays. It is always a wreck. Today my coffee mobile order for AMIE was turned backwards in the K section of the pickups. When I asked the person who was in charge how/why it was like that after waiting at least seven minutes it was very obvious they did not care. Not my first 1 star customer service interaction with this person. I’ll start going to the other coffee shop that opened next door.

Much larger than expected on inside. Open, beautiful seating inside and out. 24+ parking spots front and side, drive thru and alternate entance/exit with traffic light. Nitro offered also a plus! Great for meetings too. Very pleased!

Went through the drive thru with my family. Order was correct and the barista was nice enough. My order was $23.16.
When we got to the window I gave the barista $30.21. My intention was to leave a tip but then she only gave me $7.00 back instead of $7.05.
I recognize that the discrepancy between my expected change and my actual change was minuscule…A simple nickel…however, it is not about the amount. It is the principle. Until someone gives you a tip, don’t claim it for yourself.

Pleasantly spacious and open new location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my order was spot on. The bathroom was clean. Entry to the parking lot can really only be done from one direction on the main road and the same goes for exiting.
