Every morning I order the same drink via app. 98% of the time my drink is made wrong. It’s always made with their regular espresso not the blonde that’s clearly written on the tag. You clearly went as far down the list to know how many syrup pumps and blonde is right above that. So I’m not sure why this is such an issue here. I only have this issue at this location. I’ve ordered at others with no problem. I hesitate on writing a review because I hate complaining. However this has been ongoing for sometime and I just want my coffee the correct way. We definitely pay enough for it

I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

Decided to stop by Starbucks on 9/25/25 before a late-night study session. The service received was poor and rushed. I stopped by this location around 8pm and you would think they were closing in 2 minutes the way I was rushed while taking my order and while paying. When I pulled up to the window I was not greeted. I sat and watched the barista talk and play with either another peer or a customer. To reference it was not busy, and I was the only customer being served. After about 4-5 mins she came to the window to take my payment. She pulled the cord of the payment terminal as I was taking out my card, not giving me a respectable moment to hand it back to her. I have never received service like this from Starbucks but will not be returning. Overall, the customer service was horrible, and I also work in customer service.

i just ordered a “Venti Carmel Brulee Latte” and this location. I paid $8 FOR NO COFFEE,JUST HOT MILK WATER. Are you serious. Serious! I was unable to be refunded due to it being from the app and i had already gotten almost home before i drank it. They told me to call headquarters, so i did. Waiting on a refund from this. This is a disgrace. $8 for freaking hot gross milk. Starbucks, refund my money.

The staff were amazingly friendly here! I was looking at merchandise and had someone come out and greet me and help me out. There was no wait in the line, the options were grand, and the service from the cashier was great. Everyone I saw in the store was working hard. This Starbucks has plenty of seating available which is great, and they have lots of outdoor seating for you to take advantage of as well! I would recommend you visit here if you’re in the area and need your coffee fix!

Just went through the drive-through. Asked for two Venti Iced caramel macchiatos with an extra shot of espresso but in a trenta cup so that I still have the normal proportions of milk – yes I’m aware that leaves space in the cup and it gets more ice. Jay informed me that he’s not going to do that – because espresso drinks cannot go into a Trenta cup. ♀️ I told him that I order it that way elsewhere when I need extra caffeine and it’s never been a problem and he said well I’m not going to do it – it’s against the rules – but I can do everything else you asked for. I would’ve paid the the larger cup just like I paid extra for the shots although it’s not going to be full – I just wanted the same amount of milk with more coffee so it doesn’t taste like straight espresso. Needless to say these are what I got for $28.63 (with my whole order) they can’t even fill the Venti cups to the top that I paid for. ♀️ . Won’t go to this location again – drink that’s too strong now – a cup is what 10 cents. Come on y’all – I didn’t ask for something free – only what I PAID for . What if I had brought in my own larger cup? Is that against the rules too?

I ordered an iced blonde espresso and it tasted good but there was barely any, even though I ordered a medium. The cup came 80% full of ice. Not worth the money I payed for.

This Starbucks is a typical off the drag Starbucks, perfect location for commuters heading home. The atmosphere is clean, straight line decor, not over the top, but typical Starbucks. The menu is the standard Starbucks menu, and the staff all have smiles and seem to enjoy the business. I would visit this Starbucks Again.

I wrote a bad review about a Starbucks in the Atlanta area some time ago, but I have to also report good service where I get it.
This is by far the best and the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to. Right from the store manager Jay to all the baristas, they know your name, they’re happy to crack jokes, they know what you want ahead of time and ask you if that’s what you want.. they make you feel welcome.
Kudos to this team. They make you want to keep coming back
