Worst Starbucks in Spring Hill if you make a mobile order, I promise you it will not be ready by the time you get there you will still wait 20 to 25 minutes to get your mobile order. That’s how slow that Starbucks in Spring Hill is I suggest going to the one on crossings Avenue. It’s way faster and tastes much better or I would go to Dunkin but not the one on Wall Street because they are just as bad. I waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order at the Starbucks in Spring Hill on Main Street. That’s unacceptable.

This location has really gone down hill in the last few months. The coffee is never done correctly and the employees are frequently rude. I ordered a cappuccino today and it had a very off/chemical taste. I asked for them to remake it, I’ve never done that before. By the time I got to the speaker, I decided that just a drip in it’s place might be my best bet. I didn’t want another funky cappuccino. We specifically asked for a venti Guatemalan with heavy cream in its place. What I got was a tall, cold coffee and started to walk away. We told her that we were supposed to have a venti , she re-brewed it and gave me a Pikes Place with half and half. This location needs friendlier employees, and more training on being a barrista.

I go to Starbucks most days and today I got a tainted coffee the creamer container must have been wiped out with a rag and had a chemical on it. My coffee had to be thrown out. I wish that i would have noticed earlier but it was too hot at the time. Please just make good coffee and keep things clean! BTW: SERVING AMERICANOS IN A SINGLE CUP DOES NOT WORK!!!! I ended up trying to take my first sip and the lid popped off and spilled in a store I usually get a 2nd cup for this issue. Please just double cup them for our safety.

Ordered a water only and was told at the window that they cannot give me water due to their policy of having to purchase something and I was willing to pay for the water however they would not allow me to buy the water… denying water is inhumane regardless of paying or not.

My son dropped his lemon loaf today on the floor. He was very upset and it was a situation. We sat back down and chandler came over with fresh lemon loaf handing it to us. He told us to have a great day and hopes it gets better. This is a beautiful act of kindness & exactly what the world needs. Thank you chandler! The drinks were really good except their online menu wasn’t current and one of the drinks (out of 4) was out of season so that was disappointing. And there were a lot of flies among the food display case and prep area.

Spring Hill, TN. Not the best Starbucks due to the smaller size and flat affect of the staff and not announcing our sandwich when it was ready for pickup. I’m used to the caffeinated upbeat smiles of the Starbucks spots my husband frequents in Orlando. The person putting my husband’s sandwich on the counter did not announce his name, so if he hadn’t been watching he would’ve been waiting longer. Their greetings were soft and unsmiling today. As I entered the first time no greeting. I forgot my wallet in the car so the 2nd time I entered I looked to see if there’d be a greeting. Eye contact yes, but no smile and just a “Hello,” from red-haired person. The person at register didn’t smile. Nobody smiled. Oh wait, I smiled at the person with glasses and long ponytail and hoop earrings and that person gave a nice smile back.
There are 10 cafe tables, four of which had a padded bench along the wall. There was 1 armchair seating arrangement with three armchairs and a low table.
Patrons inside today were all 7 doing remote work. Patrons picking up inside looked depressed. Maybe the team is quiet so as not to bother them? But definitely a somber ambiance today.
Drive through went well.
