KICKED out because my BABY was making noise! After buying two coffee’s, my husband and I were approached by an employee. She asked us to either find a better way to entertain my 10 month old baby or leave, because people were “trying to work”. Some context.. we had only been there for about 7 mins when we were approached. My daughter was excited and screeched about 4 times ( like babies do) when an employee approached us in front of all the other customers. I guess I didn’t realize I was at an office space or a library. I thought I was a paying customer at a public coffee shop. The employee was extremely rude-. We didn’t argue, we politely said we would leave- and did.

Really awesome environment. The employees are extremely helpful. We were undecided on what we wanted, and they always checked with us to see if we were ready. That is an exceptional customer service you don’t find very often.

Every time I order an espresso frap from this location it tastes like milk and is super white. When I ask the barista to fix it they always say they will but thats just how it looks. So my espresso frap is more of a milk frap. I wont be back to this location because of it. The staff is polite at least.

As a former partner, I was also impressed with the quality of the customer service, cleanliness, and most importantly, the craftsmanship of the drinks. This was between 4:30pm and 5:00pm on 12/20. Frequent visitor (of the inside) here! Shout out to the amazing staff! They are always friendly and professional. They do their best to make personal connections. The café is always very clean and inviting. Plenty of room to sit and plug in for awhile. The drive through can be a mess during rushes, but nothing they can help. Stop in for your favorite drink and remember to tip well, they work hard! I appreciate this particular location so-so much!

i’m only giving a 5 star rating because 99% of the time it is amazing. the workers i deal with on a daily basis have become very dear to me. unfortunately, in the early morning hours there is one lady who acts like someone has ruined her life. if you put an online order in and come within the suggested time of putting it in she scolds you. i work during the week and sometimes go there twice a day, but every time i come across her it makes me want to go somewhere else. again, i love everyone there and it’s an amazing atmosphere 99% of the time. but nobody wants their day to start with someone being rude to them over coming in the ALLOTTED time for their order. i work in food and specifically with online orders. you choose to be rude to people.

The line moved very quickly in the drive thru despite the length of the line. Our drinks were made perfectly and the location is super clean. A great place to stop before or after shopping in the area.

Lesson learned again while stopping at Indian Lake location in Hendersonville, TN. Before you leave drive through, check your order!! We ordered two different lunch sandwiches, received two of the same ones? Ordered two iced teas, got one iced tea and one iced tea/lemonade? Also ….. on numerous occasions today as another example it happened again, we received two still frozen breakfast sandwiches. This is the only Starbucks we’ve been to that this repeatedly happens. We are done, trying to support local but not happening!
