I asked a regular peppermint mocha frappe and got a white chocolate peppermint frappe with creme. My bf got the right drink. They even did a substitute when he mentioned that he doesn’t like pumpkin spice. I would’ve understood the mistake if it was busy but the whole time we were there nobody else was except four employees. This happens frequently at Starbucks for me which is why I rarely go. Just wanted a dark chocolate peppermint mocha frappe and got a white chocolate which was gross.

This Starbucks is incredibly slow! I live about 8 minutes from the store and every time I order before I leave the house, I still end up waiting 20+ minutes for my order. I’ve left once with a refund and twice without due to how long things were taking. Others in the waiting area with me have said they’ve experienced the same thing on multiple occasions. It seems like the drive thru runs fairly smooth, but the inside needs some work. Hopefully they get things running better soon.

Love this Starbucks, better than any of the ones in Columbus. Thank goodness I live 2 minutes away. I go there every other morning and have never had a problem, so the bad reviews are probably just entitled people. Super friendly everytime.. literally the sweetest.

Way to often this location will not fulfill complete orders. Always skipping cold foam and cutting corners pretending no one will say anything about it so they can just keep doing this to customers. Really don’t appreciate this place. Employees act like the want to be victimized.how about just do a good job by completing an order all the way through not half assed. Literally all you need to do. So what if it slows down the line. At least it would be QUALITY. Definitely not quality work. Why are you shocked when people don’t want to tip is beyond me.

I love the mango dragon fruit refresher and I order it almost every trip to Starbucks unless my son is with me. The Starbucks in Phenix City Al just can’t get the drink right. It is horrible everytime I order it from this location. It taste watered down, light pink in color and cup not full. I travel everyday for work and stop at many different Starbucks locations and this one is the worst at making the Mango dragon fruit refresher and they are incredibly slow at this location. I keep going back hoping they will get better but after today I think I’m done. Taste like I’m drinking water, no flavor at all.

If you want to consider a specialty coffee as food,4 stars. I stopped by on my way to Benning for work and I wanted my usual, a Tall Latte, extra shot , extra hot but the very nice, polite, pretty young lady suggested a blonde latte… She did not lie when she said it was going to be good.
