Ordered 3 drinks from the app on my way to this Starbucks location. Walked in and waited for them to be done, drip coffee was slid across counter to me by the employee and they spilled very hot coffee everywhere on the counter and cup was soaked. The caramel macchiato and peppermint mocha were finished and not hot at all….not to mention I got to my destination and pulled out the peppermint mocha and it felt light, opened cup and it was HALF EMPTY. Apparently they should have closed this Mobile Starbucks location instead of the one in front of the mall.

If you love going to other Starbucks, then you would absolutely love this place. All of the classics from the menu at other Starbucks, with all of the charm you would find at other Starbucks. They also have a lounge area which reminds me of other Starbucks lounges.

I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch, Ham and Swiss Croissant, and a cup of water. The caramel ribbon crunch is usually sweet and delicious. Today it was bitter and disgusting! The croissant was burned. The water, despite having ordered at the speaker, I had to ask for it two more times before being able to drive off with my complete order. My family and I are new to the area, but we will definitely be finding a different Starbuck’s the next visit.

I stopped here on my way to work, line moved very quickly, I was greeted so kindly and enthusiastically by Mark (I think that was his name, tall older male, black glasses, beard) – he was very patient and kind in the drive thru and it actually enticed me to do something nice and pay it forward to the car behind me! All smiles at the window, appropriate conversation & made the start to the morning 5x better! Will be back and hopefully greeted by him again!

Service was fast, and sandwich was hot, but the only other thing to do correctly, put the tomato mozzarella panini in the bag, was flubbed. Top piece of bread was shoved down in there so that it folded back, and the cheese leaked in there. plus the sandwich looks nothing like the one in the picture. Got a pretty skimpy one, with zero tomato on about 1/3 of it. Tasty and fresh tasting though, and healthier than just about every other thing offered in this shopping center. They weren’t busy on this Saturday after 5p.

Best Starbucks in Mobile. The sevice is awesome. I visit these location 3 or 4 times a week and they are always friendly, and my drink is always tasty. Great Job you guys!
