I order the same drink at Starbucks around the USA and this particular location suffers with consistency compared to the rest. The drink is the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso. The reason I ditched Dunkin for Starbucks was because of the lack of consistency they provide from store to store. This particular location made a drink that was quite literally 85-90% ice. I asked the second time through (on a different day, same week) if they could do something different, explaining that it was all ice last time. They said sure no problem. I was stoked! I got to pay my drink bill and she explained that in order to reduce the ice, they have to fill it with oat milk. I’m not understanding the logic but now I literally got milk with a bit of ice and next to no flavor. I’m not entirely sure what’s not happening at this location but I hope something changes for the better. I’ll probably just stick with black coffee at this location moving ahead. Hoping and dreaming for future success at this location!

If you don’t have time to kill don’t come to this store in the morning!! We arrived at 10:40 AM. It was a 2 minute wait to turn for parking in the lot because the drive thru is so backed up but I see why because the walk in wait they tell you at the register is 30 (thirty) minutes. We waited around 16 minutes for our 2 drinks. Apparently there is a need for another Starbucks nearby!!!! The employees were nice and all working hard but they have to much business at this store with mobile, drive thru and walk ins.

Ordered an iced mocha latte and it was the worst coffee I had in my life. Wasn’t even cold just seemed like they threw ice on top with no shaking and it didn’t even seem like the coffee was mixed together to be evenly distributed. As well the coffee cup broke while driving leaving a big mess in my car. 6$+ for a bad medium sized coffee then gonna ask if I wanna tip? Please go to local coffee shops not this flavorless overpriced company.

I stopped here while on a short trip in the area. I am not a Starbucks regular, but I needed to work on a laptop for a couple of hours and this was the perfect place for that! I ordered lunch and couple drinks that I thought sounded tasty. The staff were all great! The food was fresh and delicious, as were the drinks. Everyone’s orders seemed to be completed impressively quick! While I was there, I heard them greet every customer with a warm welcome and even addressed several customers by name. So they have their regulars that frequent here often and it is not hard to see why! I would definitely recommend this location.

We work in Orange Beach and sometimes need to order breakfast to go. It’s never easy when it’s summertime at the beach, but to be July 4th as well. Ya might as well grab a book and hunker down. Today was a super busy line around the building kinda day. Cars were leaving the take out line and people seemed pretty tense. Totally a “please pack your patience” kinda mood. We were greeted by a barista with a great attitude and kind voice, even though she had already been handed a few unkind vibes. She made our wait pleasant and she made us smile. It takes a lot to pack in the attitude and take tge time to be kind. We appreciate “Summer” and the team of people that make the wheels turn at the Starbucks in orange beach. You made our morning and showed us how a smile and willingness to adapt to meet our needs can make a crazy morning a little less crazy. We had a great breakfast too. We had hot oatmeal with blueberries, an eggs, cheese and sausage burrito, and an awesome grilled cheese on sourdough. I know that’s not a breakfast sandwich but yummmmmm. Bon Appetite

Starbucks at a popular beach location. What do you expect? A lot of transient traffic and always busy. This is a near impossible location to sit down to do work. Use the drive through. It’ll be faster.

Worst location I have been to in my life. None of them seem to have idk a brain? 45 minutes to make our coffee… employee and manager are not on the same page what so ever. Being told two different things. Honestly wow lol. Do not go here. And if you do, just be patient with them, they are literally slow in the head.

Stopped here heading home from a road trip. Wish we would’ve stopped somewhere else. We ordered when there was barely anyone in the store, waited 30 minutes, and still hadn’t gotten our food, but people with much larger orders who ordered after us got their food first. When I tried to ask if anyone was working on my drinks I was told I was “next” and unfortunately that was not the case. The lady working the register was very rude and not friendly at all and was very dismissive to any questions. The atmosphere of this Starbucks seems stressful and unorganized.
