Ordered 8shots of blonde espresso, and asked her to just make it 12 instead please. Very friendly young lady, everything went smooth until i received My order and it was just regular espresso, the lovely gentleman immediately handled it and re made it without any questions while the lady who took my order acted like i was The one in the wrong. I am A manager at another location so when i notice Other stores not holding up the Starbucks customer experience and lacking in attention to detail it disappoints me, i also Noticed that most were not wearing name tags, while it looked like their manager was over at a table working

Ordered delivery and my drink was made hot instead of iced, I called the store and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and understanding. I was able to get my drink reordered and the store threw in a little treat for messing up the first order. Amazing customer service from the woman over the phone.

Edit, 4 months later: We decided to give them another shot. Coffee was spot on, order was there and ready when we showed up (though I did place the order as soon as I stepped out of the shower). Was glad too, I’d really prefer to use this Starbucks since it’s so close to the house. I’ll bump up to 5 stars after a few more attempts to ensure it wasn’t a one off.
Original post: Don’t waste your time going to this Starbucks, there are plenty of other, better locations just a couple of minutes away. I live less than a minute away, when I put an order in for pickup it typically has taken 45 minutes or it doesn’t get made until I show up and ask them about the delay.

I was in the area and placed an in app order. The only thing wrong with my visit was my drink was not ready when the app said it would be. With that being said, they were properly staffed and it almost felt like I stepped into Santa’s Coffee Shop. The staff was nice and friendly on a whole different level which created a unique in a good way experience in the store. I was pleasantly surprised by what I witnessed and the time and care the staff took to make the orders. This is one of the better stores in the area customer service wise. Great job!!!

A quick stop in to star bucks was both disappointing and rewarding. I was disappointed because although this Starbucks had upgraded to preordering and including new items like the plant based sandwich, there were none available. This restaurant was located in an easy-to-reach plaza with lots of available parking. The facility was clean with lots of tables for a sit-in dining experience, plus outside tables for outside dining. Service was quick, and cashier polite.
On top of that, the hot chocolate and scones ordered were delicious – as expected, but that’s the Starbucks way. 🙂

KAYLB is the BEST BARISTA I have ever gotten a Starbucks drink from…and believe me, my drinks are NOT REGULAR they always have 2-3 extra ingredients and it’s always marvelous…every Barista in Airport Rd location (800) in Huntsville, AL is amazing, PERIOD!
