Shout out to an employee named, Alyssa. Shes amazing! She noticed (Without us saying anything) my little girl not like her drink and she offered to make a new one with a little tweak and it was so much better – iced macha latte add brown sugar. Really appreciate her noticing us customers and doing the most for us! My Carmel macchiato was delicious! She did a great job– great barista!

It’s usually a hit or miss. If you want consistency head on over to Florence. This was supposed to be a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, the color is off and it’s bitter.

I go here a lot to prevent the drive to Florence since I work and live in the shoals. I guess I’ll have to start making the trip. I order the same drink everyday. My order includes a double shot instead of four and nondairy cold foam. Almost EVERY TIME I receive my drink they have either added four shots or have given me regular cold foam. Luckily I’m not allergic to dairy I just prefer not to have it. Otherwise, there would be a much larger issue. One day they’ll serve dairy to the wrong person due to their utter carelessness. It’s ridiculous to pay $8 for a drink and the employees can’t take the time to read the sticker properly. And don’t even get me started on the wait time. I can place my mobile order 15 minutes in advance and when I get there I still have to wait 5-10 minutes. The drive thru is not an option either. I have sat there for right at 45 minutes before. Just save yourself the hassle and go to Florence if you’re truly wanting Starbucks.

The cream cheese danish was good Little cold but it was good!

I get there this morning at 9:06 and was about the 5th car in line. Was there maybe 2-3 minutes and my order was took then after that it took about 40 minutes to get to the window to get my drink. There wasn’t many cars parked in the parking lot at all so I was confused as to why it took so long? I don’t feel like a drive through coffee chain should take 40+ minutes. The way the drive through is made you’re STUCK so there is no way to get out of the line. I also asked for the cup to be lined in caramel and didn’t ask for extra and almost every sip was chunky with caramel. This is just another reason why they should replace this location with a 7brew. If there was a 7brew in muscle shoals Starbucks wouldn’t know what to do. Window service was also horrible. She was very rude. I think it’s worth the drive to Florence 7 brew for better coffee and better service and a better atmosphere with lower wait times.

The so called “4 minute rule” does not apply at this location. I ordered online..my order was not ready for over 20 minutes. 1 “warm” drink was ordered. They were out of half and half, they were out of “hot sleeves”, and “splash sticks”

I went the other day and the man working the window was extremely nice and helpful. He even offered me an extra cake pop because it couldn’t be sold and he wanted to make up for my wait (which was maybe 6 mins total). Give them a chance and remember, they’ve just opened. Show some grace!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes just to get our food, which is completely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quick service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and there was no communication about the delay. By the time our order finally arrived, the drinks were not fresh. Definitely not worth the wait — won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Probably the most unfriendly Starbucks out there. Ordered a coffee with the order ahead. They said my order was ready. Went in had to wait 15 mins inside because it was in fact not ready so they just clicked it to make their times look good. I’m willing to wait just press ready when it’s actually on the counter so I don’t have to stand there forever. Got the wrong drink even tho it says the right drink on cup. Then the parking lot is set up that you have to wait for their drive thru line to even get out of the parking lot so make sure you plan to be there for awhile even if you order ahead Boooooo.
