This is the best Starbucks in Birmingham, not only is the food and drinks amazing, the staff is overly the top friendly. When you walk in that store you feel welcomed, you feel the warmth. My sister went to get us a drink to share because we wanted the same thing. I never thought that this Starbucks would’ve been so petty to write “you ain’t slick” on the cups. If this is why Starbucks decided to start writing on cups I’d rather them just not write anything at all. So unprofessional and weird.

This location’s drinks always taste different from others. I only stopped by because I needed something warm while out delivering. The drinks are usually watered down and won’t give you the caffeine boost you’re looking for. The staff is friendly, but the drinks lack flavor and taste mostly like nothing.

I order a grande iced brown sugar espresso shaken in a Venti cup so I can get maximum vanilla cold foam, which may seem silly, but I like it. It’s already an $8 drink, so I might as well get the most for my money. However, this location always skimps on my joy by putting little to no cold foam. I’ve already paid extra for it; just give it to me. I just want my dollar back now

This Starbucks has good service. Because each shop is similar, the atmosphere and food experience is pretty consistent store to store. Food choices are limited. Coffee and teas are the feature and you can customize what you want.

I order a small pink drink with matcha, it came out to be 9! It wasn’t even pink which doesn’t even matter, but when I tried it it tasted terrible!! I went through the drive thru again and politely asked if I could have a refund because I didn’t like the drink and she flat out told me no! She did asked if I wanted it remade and I said I would really prefer a refund and she stoped answering over the intercom! I have whirled in customer service for years and I would have never treated a customer that poorly! Starbucks do better!!
