Good breakfast today at Starbucks! Bagel with cream cheese, apple croissant, and two jalapeno chicken wraps were all hot and delicious, and the service was quick. We’ll be coming back for sure!

If you plan to go inside to order be prepared to wait. The drive thru rolls on, and the call ahead orders roll thru. Our order which we placed at the register inside took so long (probably 15-20 mins for two simple lattes). Side note the young lady at the register was great, super happy and friendly.

Daughter went in bout a grande caramel Brulee and it was sweet with no coffee flavor. Then I went in and spent more money on a venti mocha frapuccino and it still didn’t have any coffee flavor. I ASKED and lady assured me that there was coffee. So disappointed to spent money on two drink with no flavor.

Came through the drive-through today at 7 o’clock just now leaving the drive-through at 7:31 did not get my matcha instead I got a refund because I cannot wait another five minutes on matcha!! Absolutely ridiculous I stood in line for 30+ minutes!!

The stink of vomit sour smell. Dirty, unsanitary. The cashier got it wrong. The barrista was remade the drink. The toilet is dirty and there are no pads for the seats. Boxes are piled on the table and in the aisle. A barista sits at the table for customers drinking coffee and leaving behind an unfinished glass. Terrible service! Brr…

Make sure you get your refund before you leave. If your mobile order is messed up or they can’t fulfill it all, it’s on you to call customer service or go back into the location to get a refund, they won’t help you over the phone. Unfortunately very unhelpful staff.

I will start by saying all of the employees have always been extremely nice every time I am here and I visit a LOT. However, I think this place has other issues that might be due to mismanagement or understaffing. It is always extremely slow compared to other Starbucks I go to in the area. One day I waited 30 minutes for one iced coffee I mobile ordered. Today it looked like cinnamon had been dumped in my drink. I couldn’t even drink it which is disappointing because it was over six dollars. It was like swallowing straight cinnamon even after I mixed it and dumped some out. I really wish they’d take the time to make sure the drinks are good quality since they’re so expensive. UPDATE: I ordered at 9:45 mobile order today and by 10:05 it was not ready. Had to leave and go to work!

20240402 The barista was very polite, helpful and attentive. They have the Alabama Been There mugs! The Honey Citrus Mint tea was good.
