When I ordered, I clearly asked for a vegetarian meal. The staff suggested an Impossible Burger, and I clarified that I wanted a completely vegetarian option with no animal protein. They agreed, but the food was served with egg in it. When I questioned the staff, they were rude and didn’t even apologize.

Every single time we come here we receive terrible service. The baristas would rather finish their conversations then tend to the paying customers standing right in front of them. We’ve been told we’ll be right with you. Meanwhile we waited 9 minutes just to get a paint drink for my daughter and a cake pop. This is regular and expected behavior at this point. Even though this location is the closest to us, we will go somewhere else from now on. This location needs to do better.

Brandy was an incredible barista. She could tell I hadn’t tried my drink before and offered me a sample to see how I liked it and even gave me some caramel in case I changed my mind. The holidays are stressful for service workers and I really commend her genuine kindness and helpful attitude during a tough time

Been DoorDashing for the holidays for people that don’t have family to fellowship with during this time of year and I decided to stop and get a coffee. Went to the Starbucks in Vestavia, AL and they completely ignored me. I went to the drive thru and nobody said anything, went to the door and it had a note on the door stating that the drive thru was open. Employees looked at me and turned their heads like I wasn’t there. So I proceed to go through the drive thru again and no response. And yes they were open until 6pm and I got there before closing time

I have been going to this Starbucks since I have moved to Birmingham, and never had any problems. However, my most recent visit was one that will make me change my store location. I ordered an iced drink, and received a hot coffee. When they handed me my drink, I told them that I had ordered an iced drink. The lady who took my order, Mary, came over and told me that I had in fact said I wanted a hot drink. I politely told her that I was certain I had ordered an iced drink, and just wanted a new one. She was extremely rude and condescending, and even said “I know what I heard”. It wasn’t until another employee stepped in and offered to make me a new drink that the issue was resolved. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but I felt that I was treated with absolutely no customer service, but rather be disrespected by the MANAGER, may I add, Mary. I am extremely disappointed in this store.

Avoid this place in the morning. The wait times are insanely long. The pickup time in the app is always understated. And the parking horrible. Order at your own risk.

I like going to starbucks to get work done so imagine driving 15 min away to find that there is no inside seating on a rainy day. The frustrating part is that the Google reviews of this Starbucks show indoor seating, which feels misleading. Just a bit ticked off about that. That said, it’s a beautiful location, the staff are lovely, and it’s a great place to hang out when the weather is nice.
