This place is always so clean and relaxing. Only thing I wish they would add to their options is a dairy-free whipped topping so that people who don’t eat/drink dairy could get the full experience.
The caramel drizzle that goes on top of most of their caramel coffees is not vegan. However, you can ask to substitute it for the dark caramel sauce that goes in the caramel Frappuccino. It is supposed to be vegan.

Waited 10 min in drive through, paid $7 ( with tip) for a “caramel macchiato with NO CARAMEL! So I paid $7 for a cup of coffee that would have tasted better from a gas station where I could add my own creamer! Not happy! Already on the interstate headed home with no time to go back and make them

Person who took my order and gave me my drinks was Jane Grace, (not 100% on the spelling) that’s the name on her name tag. Terrible customer service and treatment overall!!! Tone and body language she used throughout the entire interaction expressed annoyance. When I asked for my coffee to be warm and not hot, the response was rude and dismissive. I wasn’t able to fully give my order at the menu speaker because I was cut off and told to pull around. When I asked for a water at the window, she rolled her eyes and scoffed. She did not repeat my order at the window, and when I checked to make sure they used the milk I requested (due to allergies), her response was rude. When I went to pay with the mobile app (ensuring I earned stars), she scoffed again when I expressed I wanted to finish off one loaded card before using my next one. Overall, terrible experience! I was appalled at the horrific service this Starbucks location allowed this employee to treat their customer and I’m sure many others!

Great store and always great service (even at 5:30am). It’s always clean and the furniture seems more up to date than most. Convenient location down from Walmart. Mia was the awesome barista serving this morning.

The drink was So full of ice it’s not worth the price. The little I could drink was ok. Iced Matcha Latte w/ Iced Cinnamon Dolce added and I got 2 sips from a venti cup. After $20 for 3 items a Medicine Ball, Iced Matcha Late w/ oat milk and cinnamon dolce syrup added and a breakfast burrito this was disappointing because I couldn’t turn around because I was headed to an appointment and couldn’t be late. This was too much ice in the latter where I only got a couple of sips.

Clean facility but usually – slow service. This location can oftentimes be packed and drive through is wrapped around building. Don’t let it’s location just off the interstate fool you. The stoplights along Lakeshore Parkway are ill-timed so it can take you a while just to get to this Sbux. Though I have had *some* positive interactions with the employees, rarely do you get a greeting, a smile, a thank you, or an update if your order is taking longer than usual to process.

While visiting from Washington, DC, I came into this location and so happy I did! “Raphael” was the nicest young man and quite professional. He made my day by telling me about his future as I engaged him in conversation. To know that young man is studying to be an electrical engineer, on break, working at Starbuck’s, and took the time to be friendly; that should be commended on a job well done! Thank you Starbucks for giving young people like “Raphael” and opportunity to shine! God bless and march upward young man!

One of my most visit places, I went this morning and the Guy Josh was just so rude because I gotten my order wrong and was mistakenly incorrect, I will never return to give my hard earn money or service again. I hope he gets better with the way he treats his customers.

This is normally my first stop every morning. The staff is polite and the atmosphere is always welcoming. However the inconsistency of working mechanics makes this location difficult to navigate.

When I walked in there were a group of teens waiting, had I know they were waiting on orders, I would have left. I waited almost 25 minutes for a medicine ball. The teens said they had been here about 15 before me. Service, at least today was slow as molasses!
