I absolutely love going to starbucks for their coffee and the cozy atmosphere. However, the reason I’m writing this review is to recognize Ms. Sharon. I made a mistake of time when I made my online order in the morning and when I came in later that day, she helped me with the various questions I had and was very kind. She helped me get a refund for one of the the items and although the process to her was easy, it meant a lot that she was very patient with me!

Horrible experience!!! Whoever was the young girl at the drive thru was horrible!! She did not secure the lids of the drinks and half of one of the drinks spilled everywhere, she barely tried to get the drinks to my hands so I had to reach all the way to the window and to add insult to injur I said thank you have a good day and she rolled her eyes to the point I thought she had a stroke!! I just hate the fact that it doesn’t matter how nice you are to people, some people are just nasty for the fun of it!! It’s like they are doing you a favor by handling you a coffee you pay for!! Horrible experience.

I frequent this location often on the way to take my wife to work and I always get the same thing,venti caramel machiatto. This morning it was awful. It tasted watered down and had a weird taste. My wife said the same thing about hers. Also, there was a greasy substance floating on top of it.I returned to let the cashier know and he had it remade. This time it was even more watered down. I put it right in the trash after tasting it and left. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I come to this location all the time. The coffee’s great and the staff is always friendly. I make a somewhat long drive to reach this store, and now twice they’ve had the dining room closed. I would appreciate if these changes in hours could be posted on their bulletin board a week or so in advance so that I wouldn’t repeatedly waste my money on gas.

I mean is it okay for me to have what I paid for???? Geeeesh Starbucks is terribleeeee
This is not the first time the same employee has had an attitude about a remake of my order. Just do your job!
Lastly if I ask for my order to be hot why do I have to tell you the exact temperature.
That threw me for a loop, there is something new everytime.
