This evening i went through the drive thru. with a gift card and cash in hand. the drive thru attendant was extremely rude taking my order working at 6:20pm on 01/13/26. i didn’t have a difficult order but i only had 3 drinks and when i got to the window she wasn’t sure how to make the transaction with both a gift card and pay the difference with $3 cash. she got irritated with not only my transaction but with the next car on her head set. she ended telling me she couldn’t do anything for me i then offer to pay all cash with a large bill and she said there was nothing ahead could do and basically had me just leave empty handed.

the drive thru line literally doesn’t move. i’ve listened to 10 songs and still haven’t made it to the speaker. i’m still waiting cause ive already invested time but I will not be back. management must be really poor for this to happen.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today around 2:06. I clearly ordered an iced matcha latte. However, the barista who took my order insisted I had only ordered an iced latte and tried to hand it to me. When I pointed out the mistake and reiterated that I ordered a matcha, she was dismissive, stated she ‘never heard matcha,’ and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn’t know the difference between the two drinks. It was very frustrating to not be heard and to be treated as though I was confused about my own order. I added photos of what the matcha looked like after I was told I would have to wait for it to be made.

Ordered and paid for A Venti iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot. Since there’s an extra shot, it should be darker than the normal iced caramel macchiato. They literally just gave me milk and a splash of coffee.

Th guy working the window was very rude. They got my drink wrong. They remade it and I told the 4 times make sure it is decaf. When he handed it to me is ask d if it was decaf? He said it is make the same way the other one was. I drink half of it and my heart starts going crazy. We don’t order decaf to just or decaf. I love the Starbucks coffee and when I say decaf it is for a medical reason! This is the 3rd time my coffee has not been decaf! Please make sure your employees know decaf and the reasons why people get decaf or HAVE to! I spent the rest of the day trying to flush the caffeine out of my system and trying to watch my kid play baseball. I was doing all I could to keep from passing out! I’ve been caffeine free doctor’s orders! 7 years and boom caffeine. It is important to make sure your employees know!

Ordered a Pike Place coffee along with egg bites. The coffee was weak and watered down, resembling tea. The egg bites were frigid as if no attempts were made to heat them. Unfortunately, did not have time to return items.

Starbucks good traffic sucks. The starbucks shares a parking lot in a big strip mall and is right next to the entrance and exit point. When you add in the drive through line there is always track jams.

A lady in drive thru intentionally does rude and mean things to customers, and wears glasses recording customers, but the “manager” says its ok because the glasses are “not recording” ..
Most of the employees here are generally so nice but this rude lady and “manager” have no business in customer service
