I never leave google reviews and as someone who works in customer service I always try to give the benefit of the doubt however after multiple bad experiences I now feel it’s necessary. I go to starbucks everyday especially the palm city starbucks and have always had good experiences until I came across peyton. I asked for a straw and a receipt at the window and was greeted with an eye roll and a sigh. The next time i went in I was given a coffee with what looked like curtled milk (pictured below) and just asked if they could remake my coffee. The manager was really nice and said I could come back to get a new one. When I came to the window to get my new coffee peyton was jumping up and down behind the window saying “ ITS HER ITS HER” and pointing at me. I found this extremely disrespectful because I go to this starbucks everyday and to feel like the workers were talking about me and judging me is inappropriate. Recently I went to starbucks and peyton was there and was staring at us laughing and making comments into her headset and when I went up to the counter to ask for my drink she called someone else over to talk to me and completely ignored me. peyton put my in store pickup drink in the drive thru and told the other worker i must’ve “just ordered it “ and that’s why it wasn’t ready ( it sat at the drive thru window for almost 10 minutes ). The workers were whispering into their headsets and looking over at us laughing for almost 20 minutes until we left. This is starbucks not high school. I’ve already spoken to the manger about this and the fact that this treatment is still happening just shows that nothing was truly addressed about the situation. It’s really disappointing because I like studying there without the mean girl energy and immaturity. Do i have to change my name on the starbucks app so she makes my drink right and without being petty ? It’s really sad especially as a loyal customer.

We were traveling from Miami to Tampa, and during the journey, our infant needed milk. To make the stop more convenient for everyone, we searched for a nearby Starbucks and decided to take a break there. It turned out to be a perfect spot for both the baby’s needs and for us to relax before continuing the long drive.
As we entered, we were greeted by festive Christmas decorations that added a warm and cheerful vibe to the place. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a pleasant spot to unwind. While ordering milk for our infant, we also took advantage of the clean and well-maintained restrooms, which was a big relief during a road trip.
In addition to fulfilling our immediate needs, I was delighted to find the Florida-themed Starbucks mug, which I’d been missing from my collection.
This Starbucks not only served its practical purpose–providing milk for the baby and clean facilities–but also offered a great environment for us to recharge before hitting the road again.

Every time, my brother and I go to this Starbucks location, the staff is always extremely rude and unprofessional!
They have attitudes every time when we go there when giving our order. Whether we go inside or drive through the drive-through.
Not nice girls who work there at all!

This Starbucks has the most welcoming and delightful baristas. They are usually super swamped and I would recommend mobile ordering if you’re on a time crunch. Even though they are busy they ensure your order is out in a timely manner and is correct. My spirits are always lifted when I walk in this location!

As i walked in i was not greeted, no one said hello or anything. Christmas songs with playing and i felt like i didn’t belong here. As i ordered i kept getting dirty looks. I got my food and there was raw bacon in my food and my drink was 3/4 filled. I felt like they could do better and in my opinion it was not worth 11.50 $

Worst service time. Literally wait for no less than 20 minutes, doesn’t matter if you go inside or drive thru. Longest I waited for a coffee was 32 minutes. I’d suggest another location if you have somewhere to be or leave early

Ordered a venti, left, then opened it up to pour into my coffee cup… and it was barely over half way filled.

lady couldn’t get the top to my drink without it spilling on so instead of remaking it, she poured it into another cup and topped it off with whipped cream… the, gave me a new cup and the top wasnt on correctly and it spilled all over me and in my car, i went back in to only be able to get a refund and my drink remade while it’ll take hundreds of dollars to get the sticky coffee smell out my seats. and on top of that now halfway into drinking i find odd green dots in my caramel ribbon crunch frappe… doubt ill be back.

So I just waited about 25 minutes eight minutes at the window to get a refund for my order. I sat at the window, looking in for an explanation while employees laugh, and joke behind the counter. Finally, I had to yell in please can I have my order or a refund so I can go I have an appointment I was told OK and he asked for my card and gave me a refund as I told him I was going to give him a review about it. He yelled at me oh be sure to put in there that we’re two employees down right now. Guess what at my job doesn’t matter if we’re two employees down you get it done or you shut down the drive-through or you could just offer an explanation instead of trying not to make eye contact with the people at the window ridiculous actually better off I didn’t get that eight dollar drink anyways.

Excellent service, always friendly. Maybe check that your order is correct before leaving window, but that is good advice for any drive thru. The staff at the Palm City Starbucks are wonderful. Food and atmosphere is typical Starbucks.
